I live out of town and called to order flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. The bouquet ordered was received timely and my mother-in-law said it was absolutely beautiful and she couldn't have been more pleased with the flowers and chocolate. The staff I worked with was very nice and courteous and I will order from them again.

My wonderful and loving husband sent roses to me on Valentines day to my place of employment. I was so happy to get them but when I opened them up, the fowers were already starting to wilt and turn brownish on the edges. I called the store and let them know and the manager said she would replace them. I offered to send her pictures so as soon as I got off the phone with her, I emailed them to her. Then NOTHING. I never received the replacement flowers, nor did she even reply to my emails. Worse thing is is that I don't want to tell my husband and risk hurting his feelings, but I don't want him to use them again.

I grew up in Crestwood and drove by this florist every day. I went in every once in a while to get flowers for prom and mothers day kind of thing. I was always satisfied with the selection and pricing. When my sister had her second baby this week and I'm all the way out in Washington State, I gave them a call to see if they could put together a basket of fruit and chocolate. Boy did they deliver. Three hours later my sister got her basket and couldn't say enough about how wonderful it was. I'm so thankful that they were able to put it together and get it to her. I was going to order something online, but this turned out so much better.
