Every time I call this place to setup an appointment for my wedding, they are extremely short and rude. I will be looking elsewhere.

GREAT customer service. FLOWERS: Mike made the floral arrangements perfect. I even called a few months early to order a mock arrangement on Valentines day for my (at the time) fiance'. Whipped it up and delivered it too her without any work on my part. My wife (that's fun to say now!) might have been smiling, while walking down the isle, purely because her bouquet was so pretty! SUITS: They were TOO EASY thanks to Lloyd's handled all the details. They called all the groomsmen for sizes and appointments. If your best man isn't an A+ planner, I HIGHLY recommend Lloyd's, as they handled all the dirty work of making sure the boys looked their best. A couple boys even got taller somehow before the wedding, so Lloyd's ordered over night some new pieces before the wedding. ADAPTABILITY: We made tones of changes as the wedding started to evolve and details updated. Mike handled it like a professional and was extremely adaptable with our order. He provided cups, flowers, suits and tone of other extras that made the wedding perfect! If you don't pick Lloyd's Florist for your wedding, you're doing yourself a disservice. We ordered a floral spray for our Mom's casket. Oh my goodness, it was beyond beautiful. It had the most lovely roses in shades of pink with mixed greenery and additional white and pink flowers. We were so impressed with how full and spectacular it was, it was the perfect arrangement to honor our Mom. We were pleased with our selection, its presentation and its visual loveliness. We would highly recommend Lloyd's Florist and their products.

Son ordered flowers to be delivered day after Mother's Day (on purpose due to my work schedule). Arrangement was delivered Monday afternoon but by the time I arrived home from work at 5 pm the arrangement was TOTALLY wilted. When I contacted Lloyd's they sent a 'we are sorry.' Sure - they offered to send a replacement but they should have OFFERED to refund my son's money as a gesture of accountability. Very disappointing service.

I ordered a silk arrangement but was not 100% pleased with it once it was delivered. I called the florist to talk about it and they assured me they would make it right. They were happy to re-do the arrangement and even delivered it to my home. I am a very satisfied customer. If you are worried that you will not like what they create for you, rest assured, they will quickly address your concern to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I used Lloyd’s for my own wedding & I have recommended them to multiple friends for their weddings! The flowers by Mike are REMARKABLE! To this day people still comment on how beautiful my wedding flowers were! I also rented suits from them for my wedding, they are the only place in town with the color and quality I was looking for and had the best price! Pam was very accommodating to me and answered all my silly questions! I would never go anywhere else! ❤️

I don’t really care how beautiful your flowers or arrangements are; if you aren’t friendly then you shouldn’t be in business with the public. Customer service is extremely lacking here.

Absolutely terrible. I paid for a Valentine’s Day arrangement and I’m very happy I picked it up the day before. It did not even have a dozen flowers. I had to go to Kroger to buy more to even make it presentable. One of the workers was very rude both times I went in. I do not recommend this place

Wanted to order flowers to be delivered 25 miles from the business. Website accepted and sent a confirmation. I don't get much service where I was at when I ordered so they tried to call and say they don't deliver that far but I didn't find out until I called to check the status. 25 miles isn't far alot of people drive further than that to work. They didn't send an email cancelling the order or anything. All they said was we tried to call. Seems like you should have your website set up to not accept if you don't deliver to the address. If a pizza place can do it, then why can't a florist. Wasn't impressed with how this is handled. Tried to support a local business but this is why they get pushed out. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

My husband has rented suits from this place several times, not by choice (it has always been for a wedding). Both times we have had unacceptable service. Suits are very cheaply made and don't hold up throught the night. This most recent experience with them has been unprofessional to say the least. The suit we recieved was 5 sizes too big. The person doing the measurements is not accurate.We live out of state and had to get re measured for an entire new suit 4 days before the wedding. I understand that things like this may happen however my number one complaint is their customer service. VERY rude and short on the phone every single time I call. Its as if they have no real interest in making the issue better.This suit was far too expensive to have to deal with all the extra effort to get the correct fitting item.

I cannot say enough good things about Lloyd’s Florist! My husband and I met Michael and Pam at a wedding show and instantly connected with them. Michael knew exactly what my vision was from just a few words and pictures. My bouquets and centerpieces were more than what I imagined for my wedding. Lloyd’s also supplies suits through Jim’s Formal Wear for the guys, Pam is who we worked with. She was lovely to work with. So helpful and knowledgeable about fitting and what would look best. I would recommend them to everyone local for any occasion!

Mike at Lloyd's Florist is amazing! He has such a systematic way of walking you through planning a wedding event that he makes it easy. Even if you have no idea what you want in flowers, by the time you leave your wedding is planned and you feel so confidant. He has done both of my daughter's wedding and we could not be more proud. He was reassuring that all would be taken care of and it was! Highly, highly recommend Mike at Lloyds!
