Moldy, over-ripe fruit in a very large basket. Our friend who spent a fortune to ship this would be VERY disappointed. I realize this is the busy season and you must make stuff up too far in advance, but I'd suggest people wanting to send a fruit basket call Krogers.

Jones the Florist helps me with a flower delivery every month. May not sound like a big deal to you, but every month that arrangement arrives timely, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Knowing the same lady gets the delivery, the designers at Jones sends something different and unique every time! My contact is friendly, professional and very knowledgable! I couldn't be happier with the monthly service!

Jones is the BEST! I always come to them first whenever I need flowers. Their customer service is always helpful and never pushy. They have done a great job on my simple occasions (dances, bouquets, etc) and my more complex occasions (furnerals, etc). I love them!

I called and spoke with Diane. Explained to her what I wanted. Specially stated, 'Spring flowers. Make sure you send a picture.' My friend received Fall flowers. I said my limit was $100.00 total. I could have ordered two featured flowers and got change back. Spoke with Diane and explained to her that I never received a picture, the flowers were not what I ordered. She said she could give a 10% ($8.00) refund. That's not how you fix things. You should have ordered a refund because you didn't follow instructions. The designer should be a shame of his/her work. And...I hope no one uses your business.

Jones The Florist was very efficient and quick to get back to me (within an hour) via Facebook on editing a specific arrangement. They delivered the same day! Someone called to confirm edits and my personal message. The arrangement itself was gorgeous! I will be using Jones The Florist from now on.

Where do I begin??? Jones Florist saved my life. I live in NY and I was visiting Ohio for my nieces Sweet 16 celebration. I just needed to add that extra special touch of flowers to make the venue space POP. I literally decided this the day of the event. A few hours before the event was scheduled to start. I walked into Jones Florist and from Mike to the staff in the back they took care of me like no other. They were very courteous and accommodating with me. They were beyond nice and had me out in 15mins with 3 beautiful centerpieces. If you are ever in the Ohio area and looking for a florist no need to look any further. Jones Florist is the place !!! got cheated with a lesser boutique of flowers. paid 149.00 for royal treatment boutique which contains at least 24 roses according to picture on FTD website. person I ordered flowers for showed me a boutique with only 8 roses. I do have pictures to prove it. Would be very weary of anything from this place.

Back in 2014, I found a bouquet of flowers online that I decided would be my inspiration for my wedding. I sought several quotes and asked which substitutions would be used in order to keep costs down and also procure flowers heartily available in this region. Meanwhile, the florist who created the original inspiration sent me suggestions for the same substitutions since they were out of the region. Susan at Jones was the one to get me the best prices and was closest on the same suggestions as the original florist. Susan for years now continues to impress me. My friend was married this evening and the flowers where breathtaking. I got the chills when they arrived. She kept the costs under budget which allowed us to splurge on a few extras. Her substitutions were perfectly fitting with the arrangements. Susan will listen to your needs and make solid suggestions. She is reliable and consistent. She has a great team of people working with her as well. Susan will do whatever it takes to fulfill your vision whether it be sending an arrangement or planning a major event. I'm so grateful for Jones's service.
