I called in from out of state to have some flowers delivered and didn't have the best experience. I had questions and I have very little knowledge of flowers and that seemed to annoy the individual on the other end of the call. I did place an order for flowers but that was after taking extra time to call two other people for advice on what flowers to purchase. The flowers were nice but the customer service was terrible.

Wayne is amazing. My daughter sat down with him and together her vision was made a reality. We hired the "A" Team of vendors and everyone told us there was no one to consider besides Wayne. The Ballroom at the Brown Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. A year later my friends are still talking about it. I live out of state and people who were not even at the wedding stop and tell me they heard how beautiful her wedding was. I cant say enough. Thank you Wayne.

Called them in a pinch when the bride and bridesmaids all forgot our bouquets in Lexington! While heading to the Seelbach in Louisville we realized it and called In Bloom Again.... They were more then willing and able to help recreate our bouquets for us and deliver them in 90 mins!!! They had nearly ever flower in stock and ready to pull together! Forever grateful for these overly kind and generous florists!!!!! Amazing!!!!!
