I was ordering flowers for a family member in the hospital. They arrived the following day. We did have a mix up where we were charged twice but they refunded it right away in a professional and graceful manner. I really appreciated it! They loved the flowers and said how beautiful they were!

Working with Greene's Flower Shoppe for our wedding was a wonderful experience. I had very simple requests for our table settings but for our backdrop, I just told them to do whatever since they were the professionals. It turned out beautiful! They were very easy to work with and they were much, much less expensive than other florists we had looked at. Betty fulfills your requests but is also very creative and can do anything if you are not the creative type.

We searched high and low for flowers for our DIY wedding. We didn't need as much as online sites offered and we needed too little for many local shops. But Betty and her team did not flinch at helping at helping us. Some Cincinnati area local shops wouldn't even bother giving us quotes or their quotes were several hundred dollars more or their customer service was so poor they could have given us flowers and we would have refused them. Mark my words, I won't buy flowers from anywhere else and I will tell everyone to go to Greene's! I will also say this, we are a same-sex couple, and though it should make no difference, our money spends just like everyone else's. We have been turned away and mistreated multiple times throughout our wedding planning experience. Betty and her staff never once made either of us feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. Mutual respect was given and received and for that, I cannot express my gratitude and thanks enough!

I am someone that relies heavily on reviews and as a result it seemed most of the florist in Cincinnati could do some work. I called several and got atrocious customer service and I have left reviews of that service on this website. However, all was not lost. Greenes FLower Shoppe is the exact opposite. The lady that answered the phone on the first ring was pleasant, professional and listened closely to what I wanted, because I really did not know. I told her my budget and a few things about my mother for whom the flowers were for and she sent my mother the best flower arrangement she said she has ever gotten! I waited until 10-7 to write this review because they were delivered on 10-1 and today was the first day the arrangement showed any sign of aging. You can spend more and go through a lot of crap with other Cincinnati area florist but you can not get better than Greenes! They are the best in the area!

Greene's did the flowers for my daughters wedding recently. The suggestions of specific types of flowers to go into the bouquets were extremely helpful. We selected fall colors for the bridal party and a traditional white arrangement for the bride. When I left the shop I knew I could put my mind at easy; I knew the flowers were going to be stunning, and that I could count on them to have them ready on time and where we needed them. I was not disappointed. Greene's are true artists and professionals.

The shop was highly professional, answers all inquiries quickly, and even added in a personalized card I had made and mailed to them to be delivered with the arrangement. I have used Greene's Flower Shoppe for years. They took care of my father's funeral flowers back in 2002 and they were glorious. I used them for work, and the arrangement I ordered for my boss who was just coming back from a medical leave, was fantastic. She raved and raved about the arrangement, and she is not easy to please. I have also used them for other reasons and have never been disappointed. Greene's did our centerpieces for our reunion, and they were smart, cute, and just what the tables needed. Recently ordered a Premium flower arrangement for over $100 which included orchids. My friend received a lower priced arrangement less the orchids. It does not look anything like the Teleflora pictures. Very disappointed
