If I could give them a higher than five rating I would. I called them at about 4:30pm from out of state to deliver my ten-year-old daughter some flowers for her birthday. They close at 6:30 and offered to take the delivery to her on the thier way home. They went over and above to get the flowers to my daughter for her birthday. I had called every other florist in the area and nobody would do anything for me. I say it again, these folks were closing but decided to take the deliver for me on there way home! They also added a balloon to the flowers since my daughter is 10 years old, and when it came time to fill out the attached card, all I could come up with was "Happy Birthday, Love Daddy", but I swear the man on the phone sounded like he worked for Hallmark because he came up with wonderful things to say on the card that sounded so much better! He mentioned he had daughters himself and so he would make it a perfect floral display for a 10 year old girl. I cannot say enough about these folks!! I was in a bind, they knew it, and they took care of me 150%. Not much later I got a call from my daughter screaming with joy and how beautiful the flowers were, and mentioned that there were many buds that were still going to open. She said that what I had written on the card was beautiful, (again thanks to the folks at Country Squire) because my own ords were not nearly as beautiful as what they had come up with. It would be crazy to go anywhere else for our floral needs! Thank you so much Country Squire, you folks truly know what the definition of customer service is! They even sent a picture of what they were going to deliver so that I could see it before it went out.

Every year, from Iowa, I send flowers in early Nov to my mother in Louisville. I found Country Squire years ago just by Googling. This year I thought that maybe they had not received the flowers, and called Country Squire. They immediately offered to re-send the entire large flower arrangement. I later today found out that the flowers had been delivered perfectly. I am so appreciative that they are willing to give EXCELLENT service in case of a problem with my order, even if it had been stolen after delivery. Thank you Country Squire!

I've been using this Florist for 5 years for Valentine. The past 2 have been terrible. Last year, they delivered 2 dozen roses that were wilted and the baby's breath was brown. This year they shorted me 7 roses out of 2 dozen and even thought I've been doing the same thing for 5 years, I was told I didn't pay for 2 dozen. Very unhappy customer and will find a different Florist who wants my money.. Stay away from this place. The owner won't call me back and I plan to ask for a full refund.

Sarah and her team were so fantastic- we had one meeting before the wedding to kind of give her an idea of what we liked, what the colors were, etc. and she took it from there. I could not have been happier with how the floral arrangements turned out and all of my bridesmaids, mothers, and myself LOVED their bouquets. A little pricier but seriously SO worth not having the headache of having arrangements that don't look as nice. We use Country Squire for literally ALL our flower needs- I'd definitely recommend them every time!

AMAZING! Truly quality work. I've used Country Squire over the years and they are doing my upcoming September wedding, but last week I ordered 2 small bouquets as Thank Yous and I left the flowers & design completely up to them. They were delivered this morning to my workplace and the bouquets turned out beautiful! I cannot recommend them enough.

I used this florist last year for my step daughters father daughter dance and they were quick and efficient and the flowers looked amazing. I just called and placed an order for this years father/daughter dance. The staff were friendly and helped me figure out what color and flowers to use.

The exterior of this florist gives hope to some originality and quality; however, this is not the case. The I just purchased flowers here for a third time, one delivery and twice in-store. What I got was an overpriced version of something you could go down the street and buy at Kroger. Maybe they do nice wedding flowers I don't know - but for the everyday (or birthday) type purchase I'd look elsewhere. I give two stars simply because I appreciate how they improved the look of their current location. Hopefully they can step it up in the floral quality.

I have used this company before in the past and have been very happy with them. Unfortunately, sometimes you don't really discover how good (or bad) a company's customer service is until something goes wrong. I surprised my wife with some beautiful flowers...that were dead two days later. When looking at the stems, the vast majority were cut so short, they didn't even reach the water. I called and talked to Sarah, who offered limited solutions on her very limited terms. Not what I expected from a company who proudly boasts on their website that their "commitment to you is 100% satisfaction." This is the order that had a problem, and I would expect that this order would be made right. Not on future flowers or a paltry discount on a future order. After Sarah started to raise her voice and become irritable with me, I realized my satisfaction was not guaranteed. I have used this florist every since I bought our wedding flowers from them years ago, but will not use them again. It's extremely disappointing.

Beautiful flowers, great service, reasonable price....Great Combination!! This was my first time shopping at Country Squire Florist. After spending 30 mins at another popular local florist, feeling like I was not going to find what I was looking for and without anyone asking if I needed assistance, I decided to try Country Squire. I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked up the beautiful entrance way, I felt welcomed. Then I walked in and friendly face promptly greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he brought out 3 different options!!! It was EXACTLY what I was looking for....then when he told me the price, I was pleasantly surprised...sold!! The flowers were a big hit for the special occasion.

Very very disappointed with how these flowers turned out. I ordered $80 flowers - the deluxe edition to ensure they would look nice. Man was I wrong. Do not order from here. They look nothing like what I ordered online and it is MUCH SMALLER. Such a rip off.

The new location near the corner of Shelbyville and Hurstbourne is absolutely beautiful inside. I really enjoyed just strolling around and checking out the creativity. I don't know if she is an owner or daughter of the owner but she needs serious work on her customer service skills. Thank goodness for the younger man working yesterday who helped fix an issue.

My family has been using Country Squire Florist for the past 2 decades. There have been some positive and some negative experiences, but overall good in the past. I wanted them to do the flowers for my wedding, however they were impossible to get in contact with. I went into the store and the woman working there couldn't help me, so she gave me the name of Sarah Harris, who was in charge of wedding flowers. I called, emailed, and went back into the store to try to get in contact with her and to this day have still not received a response. Definitely lost my business.

The absolute WORST florist I have ever been too. I ordered a bouquet for prom on 4/21 on Monday of that week. When I picked them up all the roses were already open, soft and if you touched them the petals would fall off, all the pedals were already curled out because the roses were so old. For $55 i was expecting a beautiful bouquet. They were extremely busy when I picked them up due to all the proms/dances that weekend so I didn't mention it to them. I immediately drove to Nanz and Krafts (which is where I should have gone to begin with) completely upset. They were able to make a beautiful bouquet for me. I really don't think this rating even deserved One star, but it would not let me post otherwise. Picture to follow.
