Truly a gem of a place! Karen and her husband did such a wonderful job of my grandfather's funeral. The flowers everyone kept commenting on. I am so thankful and will never use another florist! I let her know he was a fisherman and she took off with the idea! Such a special experience for my 11 year old to love to see as well! Thank you all so much! Order now you won't be dissatisfied

I called The Carriage House (the florist I always used) when I sent flowers to my friend battling cancer. They knew about her journey and were so compassionate when I told them of her passing. They always went a step beyond and this time is no exception. They sent me a picture of the flowers I ordered for her viewing and tears welled up in my eyes. Apparently, they found out what colors would be on her spray and made a beautiful arrangement. These people are THE BEST at what they do. They care, they listen, and they want to do more than asked. I simply can't give them enough praise or stars.

I wish I was happier with my arrangement I bought for my mother-in-law for her birthday it was a $55 arrangement and the cheapest flowers were used and a lot of greenery! And that's all! It's a shame I used them!

Always a pleasure to work with Karen and Kevin at the Carriage House in Georgetown KY. I return again and again because they want to please and due to that my arrangements, be it for Derby Day, Christmas or Special Dinner occasions always turn out with my personality and their creative talents rolled into one. They allow me hands on creativity with them to the point that we at times are designing Christmas tablescapes on the floor of their store together or, I rush in and plead.. "Make me a beauty, I trust you, here are the colors I need." Out of town friends have taken the time to comment that they were treated on the phone in such a kind and unrushed manner when they called from out of state to order funeral arrangements for our family. It is no surprise that there was not a second thought as to who we would go to for our only daughters wedding flowers this year. I know after all these years. they will do what they always do. AFter talking a few minutes she got the drift that I wanted something different. I let her take charge. She not only caught my personality, but the relationship between my friend. I cannot speak highly enough about Karen and the group at Carriage House. My son and daughter were to attend prom and we had ordered flowers and such from another establishment. Needless to say the flowers were not ready by the morning of the prom, they flat out lied to us. I went to Carriage House to see if they could save the day and they did!!! They stepped it up and made beautiful flowers matching the colors we needed and didn't inflate the price for a last minute job. Absolutely knocked it out of the park. From hence forth if I need flowers or anything similar, this is where I go. They will treat you right.

You staff delivered a bouquet of flowers today to Scott Co HS to a teacher, Chelsea Thornhill (aka daughter). They are gorgeous! It really brighten her day. I am very picky about flowers and even more so ordering them out of town because you are never really sure what you are going to get.
