Very unhappy with the service. Went in and placed order the day before. I wanted the flowers delivered early in the day. The lady that I ordered the flowers with told me that they would be one of the early deliveries. I called at 11am and was told they hadn’t been delivered. I called at 1pm and was told that they had just been delivered by they’re best driver. This was a surprise for something my wife had at work. My wife called me at 3:45 to thank me for the flowers. I asked when she got them. She told me the flower truck was just leaving. I called and got transferred to another store and all she said was I’m sorry and offered me a $10 credit and hopes that it doesn’t detour me from coming back.

Came here looking for a nice arrangement bouquet of roses. I must say Megan did a really great job at giving me just what I had asked for. As well the gorgeous woman I had got them for loved it. Let me lead off by saying that I have bought a lot flowers from this place over the last 8 years. They have truly been awesome. That is until today. I order two flower arrangements one for my wife and one for my daughter. I ordered after hours I guess this is a great excuse and told the lady that I wanted them to be deliverers early and that I would pay the fee to have them expedited. Well my daughters flowers are still not delivered and when I called Nancy was not very helpful. I was told that I never paid for expedited service and nothing she could do. I’m guessing Ober florist or another service would like my business.

Eileen recently did the flowers for my wedding and they were wonderful, not cheap but so beautiful. Everything looked exactly as we discussed and it was well worth the price. My bouquet was the most beautiful one I've ever seen.

Called to ask about a delivery for a funeral, after a sudden death in the family. I understand they don't do Sunday deliveries, but the woman who answered my call was very curt, nasty and unkind explaining that to me. No need to treat a potential customer that way. I was about to spend a decent amount of money with your company. Will not be calling this company for any future events.

I had an excellent experience with Adrian Durban Florist. I recently ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. They provided really wonderful customer service over the phone and the flowers were just what I asked for. My mom was really pleased with them. She has arranged flowers years and she really enjoys a beautiful arrangement.
