I'll be going up the road to Trapp from now on. If you're going to tack on an additional delivery charge for a location that is 1.1 miles from your store, maybe you should attempt to be within 10 hours of the requested delivery time. Your inability to even be in the ballpark ruined the entire purpose of having them delivered to that location.

Super IMPRESSED!!! I submitted my order at two or three in the morning and was very skeptic about it reaching its destination on time. Not only did the flowers get to its destination but the delivery person even texted me on my personal cell phone to notify they had been handed off to that person.

I don't think I would shop here. I talked to a gentleman over the phone and he had such a smug attitude over the phone. I was trying to get an idea of something to put together for a significant other and he proceded to get an attitude with me because I didn't know his prices and what he could put together for me. I can't imagine him handling my flowers with that much lack of care.

Beautiful flowers! Even last minute, the owner was super helpful and make me a beautiful bouquet. You know a place is good when they really care about making their product look great and customize it to your needs. Hands down best flower shop I’ve shopped at!

My wife loves the flowers I get for her from Westport Floral, they always look nice. You can get cheaper flowers from a box store but they aren't nearly as beautiful. Spend a little extra for better quality and same day delivery, you won't be disappointed

I recommend friends from outside the area to use this shop as the Owner, John, has NEVER been a disappointment and always provides top-notch service. The flowers are fresh, long lasting, and John is always happy to make a suggestion to get the most out of any purcahse. Finally, for a really great experience when you order, tell him what the occassion is and let him use his creativity - you will be VERY HAPPY!

We purchased a bouquet on Wednesday evening, and the hydrangea's in it were already dying. When i came in with the bouquet today, the owner went above and beyond. All I can say is, the place would be much better off without the super rude owner. He needs to take some sort of anxiety medication because getting upset with your employees in front of customers AND getting upset with customers is absolutely ridiculous and poor business tactics. Treat people how you want to be treated.

Wesport Floral Designs was the most reasonably priced florist I could find in the KC area, and the bouquet that we received was beautiful! I asked them to rush the delivery and they were eager to accomodate - they delivered within two hours. They definitely earned a repeat customer.
