One word: RUDE! If I could give it negative stars I would. They employ the rudest, most pretentious, judgemental, nasty people I have ever experienced. Refused to answer questions over the phone. Declined to get someone else to help me or check and see if anyone else knew the answer to my question(s). Is it really that difficult to ask someone else? If they don't want to help over the phone, how helpful are they going to be in person? There's no need to act that way just because your store is in a very posh/rich neighborhood. But thanks for repelling me because you have just instantly conditioned me to avoid any and all businesses near you as well. P.S. This store is owned by Leslie Brett (yes, George Brett's wife (think Kansas City Royals).

This florist was phenomenal and one of the best I've visited! Both the quality of their arrangement and their customer service thoroughly impressed me. I called to inquire about a custom floral arrangement for my proposal dinner. They had me talk to the florist and we discussed options within a price range. I even had to call the next day to change the color of the roses in the arrangement. Once they made sure that they could still get orange ones in time, they went and altered the order without giving me grief or a surcharge. The arrangement was carefully prepared--the quality of each flower and how they were carefully placed within the vase produced a final product that helped make the night memorable!

Update: Since this incident I have been in touch with the owners. I was called and emailed to address what happened. It shows true character for them to take the time to reach out in multiple ways and to correct what happened. Thank you for reaching out and taking time to connect with me. Was: 1 star Little flower shop is not just a clever name. I was more than disappointed when I went to go pick up my order for Valentine's day and to see this small arrangement that I spent $144.00 on. Their website made the my girl arrangement look tall and full and thought yeah I'll get the premium, with vase stands maybe 12 inches. I'm surprising my girlfriend later today with this and she will definitely be surprised at how small it is. Buyer beware!!!
