Experience was great from the start! I called asking for same day delivery and this place was pretty much the only place that could deliver in the time frame I needed. Communication was great with the lady working. And also talked to the driver who was friendly. The first picture it what was advertised The second picture is what my girlfriend received. I am very happy with the flowers as they are almost identical to the advertisement which is rare these days. The only problem was the vase they came in is slightly different then the one on the website which is kind of a bummer, and not mentioned it would be different at all.. Other than that great flower buying experience.

I ordered flowers via thier website for my girlfriend, I specifically chose this company due to their location in relation to my girlfriends condo. Typically when a man wants to surprise his girl with flowers you dont expect the florist to call the recipient and give away the surprise. Apparently this is common practice here. Additionally the photos shown on the site of what I was ordering did not live up to anywhere near what was delivered. Also the delivery person being only 3 blocks from the condo refused to drop the flowers at the condo office if the recipeint was not home, and made my recipient feel put out to be at home during the delivery. Overall terrible service,sarcastic phone conversations with the delivery girl, and overly priced for what product you will actually get. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I received an absolutely beautiful bouquet of outstanding flowers from my best friend in Texas!! It has every flower i love from tulips, gerber daisy, snapdragons, daisies and red roses!! Great choice of a florist!!

I called from CA to order flowers on my mom's birthday(lives in KCMO). It was near the cut-off delivery time and they made the delivery happen! I asked for a deluxe florist choice- something happy and birthday themed. Mom sent me a photo and the flowers ARE so pretty! Still alive and opening up. This was not only a great quality purchase but they said they would deliver and they did just that. Also the flowers are beautiful!~ mom loves them

I was surprised at the size of their shop as well as the variety in selection. They had told me over the phone that they had been cleaned out the night before but when I got there I still had decisions to make, lol. The lillies I got were perfect and relatively cheap and in great shape. Totally recommend!!

2015 - December:: Last minute delivery request. Once again, beautiful fresh flowers and arrangement! 2014: Used several times since and always great results...happy wife too! 2010:I sent flowers to my wife at her office. They were very nice and received before lunch as I had requested. Turns out however, the bouquet was missing it's three roses. I would never have known this except that the florist showed up at her office a second time with the roses and rearranged the bouquet. Again, we probably never would have known the difference. Now that's integrity, and pride in your service and product. That's how you earn my business; they deserve your business too.

Flowers were nice, but I had called the order in 3 days in advance of when I wanted them for a morning delivery to my wife's office so she could enjoy the flowers all day (our anniversary). The flowers didn't arrive until late afternoon. When I called the shop I talked to the same lady who took my order. She told me there was no mention of an AM delivery on the ticket even though she told me 'she'd make a note for morning delivery' when I ordered. Hacks me off....

i paid way to much for the flowers that i sent my girlfriend at her work they look nothing the web site picture that they showed. very plain not many flowers i could have gone to price chopper and paid 10.00 for the same thing i told them that she gets off at 2pm and they almost missed her. very disappointed, would never use them again and i hope people read reviews before they go thru a web site

What a wonderful place! Parking on Main St & the streetcar line is always a challenge, but once you find a spot it's very walkable. You'll get great, personalized service from the owners & everything is reasonably priced. I went in just looking for a quick bouquet & found myself looking at plants for my apartment, too! I'll absolutely be back. Great spot to have downtown.
