Worst experience ever. When I first joined the girl at the customer service desk was nice and completed my information. She advised to watch my email and my card for vouchers to upload from my special deal I enrolled in. I waited a week and nothing happened, I then called to the store. I mentioned it said holiday dinners. The girl then said to wait until closer to the holiday ad release. I patiently agreed and waited. Time went by after, then it was almost the Holidays (2;weeks) away in fact. I walk into the Maize location and I was nicely greeted by the lady at the door. I show my ID and walk in. I go to Customer Service to wait behind a lady, whom I could tell was already frustrates. Apparently, she had bought multiple items for a School Fundraiser and the receipt had taxes on it. Before the guy whom was helping her could figure out why she was upset, she had said 4x's take the taxes off. After he had finally listened and adjusted it, he didn't even bother to apologize. So, while he loaded her van up, I got the girl who was back from "break." She pointed at me and said, "I can help you over here." I walked over and said,"hi" and gave my I'd. She never responded back and instead looked at me and said what is the issue. I told her I signed up and was advised to watch for a promotion to be added to my card/email notification. I told her as well, after I signed up, I registered my information online and my email immediately. She asked if I checked spam, I advised yes, as I set up notification for the email. She then looked me up and down and told me she couldn't help me, the coupons Probably expired. She then started looking around as if she was done. I pulled up my phone and showed her the promo. She looked at it and said oh, it's probably for a chicken. You can go get a chicken if you want. (My mouth dropped.) I asked her if there was anyone else who could help me in the issue. She then told me she would call her manager. She calls this woman on the phone and asks her to come help her with a promotion, THEN THE GIRL WHISPERS," SHE IS SCARED?????" Seriously? There was a lady behind me so I politely moved to let her get in next. The customer said hello, and that she had an item to exchange. The Customer Service Agent told her,"That's cool, and leave your item there." Didn't even say "hi, how are you, or how can I help!?" So, now the manager is walking over, she looks at me up and down, doesn't say anything. The girl tells her I didn't get my coupons on my promotion. The Supervisor looks at me and asks me what is going on. I tell her the same thing, verbatim. She looks at me and says, I can give you a 10.00 card. I looked at her in amazement. I had been there over 20 minutes. I just wanted to know why the promotion didn't work and why I'm not getting good their coupons. As she looked me up and down again, the Customer service had noticed that the agent who put my information in maybe hadn't done it right? She just kept muttering to another agent. Aside form that. The manager just said promotions expire and they don't have Holiday Dinners. I the showed her my phone, which had the promotion. She then looked at it and started scanning through my OTHER PURCHASES ON THAT SITE!!!! I asked for my phone and card backs as these 2 employees, didn't know what they were doing. The supervisor offered me 20.00?! No real reason as to what happened on the promotion. I just finally said that works, as I don't plan on renewing now. She then gave me the card, and I introduced myself, sense she scowled at me from the first minute she walked up. She told me her name, "Tara" and then the CSR was "Bree." I will be notifying their managers, as this was a horrible time, for me and the other, treated poorly.
