I Want Flowers delivered the most beautiful bouquet of flowers to my Mother that I have ever seen! The arrangement was amazingly creative, and was still beautiful after one week. My Mother was delighted by the dozen different flowers in her gift. I will use them again when ordering flowers for my family and friends in Kansas City.

Lisvett made my first experience at "I Want Flowers" absolutely fantastic! I've lived in Kansas City my whole life, and Lisvett's shop is one of the finest I've encountered. She is quick to reply and make sure your order is exactly what you want for your special occasion. In my case, I needed flowers for a memorial service for a friend who passed away. Lisvett went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend checking it out, and I will definitely be a frequent customer from now on.

I spoke to the owner about the flowers that I wanted and did not want in the two bouquets I ordered. Neither of them had anything I wanted and both of them had something I specifically didn't want. This under the pretext that she was saving me money. She stated she could have them picked up and tell the people that they were sent the wrong bouquets. She stated, "We've done that many times before." Doesn't that signal a problem? She also stated she would send me a photo of the bouquets which I did not receive but was sent to me by a friend. If you can't give me what I want in a bouquet then say that and don't make false promises with excuses. I was very embarrassed about the bouquets and apologized to the people I sent them to. It was supposed to be nice occasion and not a reason to call and apologize about the flowers. A very nice lady but nice doesn't mean good business.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day and when I showed up to pick up my order, I discovered that this store does not exist. There is a "for lease" sign above the door and a realtor lock on door with nothing inside. I double and triple checked the address listed on their own website and Google, very disappointing - don't bother.

After the sudden death of a dear child hood friend; alot of us could not make it to the funeral. I ordered their Thoughtful Expressions bouqet last minute and the funeral home wasn't available to sign for the order. The driver took it upon himself to drive the flowers to the church; not even asking his boss first so that the bouqet would be delivered on time. If I could give them 10000000 x I would thank you so much for going above and beyond !!!

Let me say this company is legit ! I got a arrangement that made my wife tear.they was able to find a rare lily for our anniversary, delivered it to restaurant and the price is fair for the high quality! They will be our florist for all occassions this time on. Highly recommend!!

I paid 100 bucks for these - they came out looking nice but much smaller than she described with a large area with no flowers and after three days this is what they looked like - dying and droopy - my wife is very disappointed based on what I spent - we paid 7 bucks at hyvee for flowers and they look great.

I needed something really special for my girlfriend, who found out recently she had cancer. I looked online and found some things that I liked. And I called the store and we talked about it a little bit and narrowed it down. It was this beautiful $120 arrangement. With roses and birds of paradise and other exotics. Exactly what I wanted. The cool thing was they also attached faux jewels like pearls and diamonds to the arrangement. It turned out absolutely beautiful! She totally loved it. It made what was not a wonderful day more than a little more bearable. I emailed afterwards to say thank you and they responded with a really sweet message back of support, mentioning their own family member recently went through cancer and beat it - offering really kind words of advice. I don’t know what else to say except for this was more than just Flowers, it was kindness caring and empathy.

Someone referred me to Lisvett for flowers for my wedding . She gave me a $600 package . The day of my wedding I was so upset. She told me there would be hydrangeas for my fountain and she only sent one. And the mothers corsages looked like crap. Lisvett also kept asking me questions over and over like where the venue was and what the address was. Don't waste your time buying flowers here you will waste your money . I should have went to hyvee and bought flowers for what I got from this company

Paid $146 for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day (order placed 3 days in advance). They weren't able to deliver them to my girlfriend's office during business hours, which was only 7 miles from their shop. After several rounds of calling and text messaging them for what was going on late in the afternoon, they ended up taking them to my address that evening. I was assured I would get them by 8PM. The driver showed up at 9PM. Damage was already done at that point, and it looked like I forgot to get her anything for Valentine's Day. The arrangement looked nice once we received it. It's just sad they couldn't follow through in a meaningful timeframe. It really ruined Valentine's Day for us.

Called in at 3pm for flowers to be delivered to my grandmother for her 91st birthday and they did an AMAZING job! It is all she can talk about, we couldn't be happier! Made the call all the way from Atlanta, GA with no issues, same day delivery. Message was delivered perfectly and they even included a balloon for free. It was great to work with I Want Flowers! My grandma was admitted to the ICU and they tried day after day to get flowers through to her. My grandma got sent home from the hospital, and since the flowers could never get to her in ICU, I Want Flowers sent the flowers to my grandma's home instead. Great customer service. Easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flowers in Kansas City!

I chose this florist because they were available 24 hours a day, unlike the others who closed after 5pm. I live in AZ was able call and speak with a live person after 5pm in order to send an arrangement to a family funeral in KC. The owner was pleasant and very accommodating and gave me a bargain on the cost and delivery. They also delivered the arrangement at the time promised. The next floral purchase I send to KC will be from this company.

Amazing place to give your business to. I had not used I Want Flowers before until now but will be using them over and over again in the future. The flowers turned out wonderful. Customer service was second to none. Contact was made with Sandra on a Sunday to make last minute additions. She spent Monday morning running around town making sure I had exactly what I requested, all while still guaranteeing the original delivery time.
