I ordered flowers for a funeral and They got the flowers delivered on time but it wasn’t arranged exactly like how it was advertised. And the vase wasn’t what was advertised too. I was disappointed because it had such good reviews.

Each and every gift that was sent was well received, admired, and appreciated. This was not because of any small part of Irene's Flowers. I ordered on line several days before I arrived at my family's house in Des Moines. I had received confirmation on my order. I telephoned the day before the scheduled flower delivery. The woman who answered the phone didnt know about my order. Irene's Did deliver BEAUTIFUL, Fresh,Colorful flowers. The arrangement was Gorgeous. I Would use this Florist Again, BUT I will call to confirm.

I have been using Irene's since I was in college over 30 years ago at Drake University. I could always count on Linda and her team to create just what I wanted, and yet make it affordable for my budget at the time. I now live out-of-state, but all these years later, I can still call Linda for my florist needs in the Des Moines area, and she will beautifully handle things. Recently I asked for Linda's help with the memorial for my step-mother, and while the majority of the arrangements needed were rather classic, I asked for something a little unique for one arrangement. They came through with flying colors - and I do mean colors!!! Gorgeous!! Whether you need a single carnation, a rose, an arrangement, or something unique, this is your shop! It's a small-town shop in a big city!!!
