Couldn't be more happy with the service, the speed and the quality of the roses. It was 12:45 pm when I called this florist needing a small bouquet to be ordered for my daughter to be delivered same day to her school. I was told that the last deliveries for schools go out at 1 pm - only 15 minutes away. I explained the need for the flowers to be delivered today, and the florist understood the urgency and made it happen. Her arrangement was delivered in less than 1 hour. My daughter's day was made infinitely better with this beautiful surprise. Thank you for going above and beyond Boesen, it meant the world to my daughter and to me. Blessings!

Way over charged for a centerpiece when I called in an order, then I called to ask why I was charged so much and was treated very rudely. Told I would get a refund and my card was charged again for a different amount, no refund!!! Becareful giving your credit card information to this company a hassle to undo a debit card charge.

I've ordered flowers from Boesen's for Mother's Day for the past several years and I have had nothing but STELLAR service and quality from them. I use Boesen for birthdays, get well wishes, and even my daughter's prom corsage and have never been disappointed. Actually, just yesterday I ordered flowers for my step-father who had surgery and they were exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend Boesen the Florist to anyone in the Des Moines area.

Flowers were just as I ordered but the attention to detail is lacking. I ordered the flowers on 10/18 to be delivered on 10/19 on my girlfriends birthday. I got confirmation that the order was placed and it said right on the confirmation a delivery date of 10/19. The flowers delivered on 10/18 the day before her birthday so a big let down for me to surprise her the day of her birthday. Good product bad execution will not use again.

They were very apologetic when my husband's wake bouquet had so many dead flowers that many had to be removed before the funeral. They offered to provide me a replacement or plant. I wanted a simple knock out rose as my husband loved ours and always took pictures. They didnt carry any...long time later I agreed to Dick Clark rose bush. It didn't survive the winter. WARNING THEY DONT GUARENTEE ROSE BUSHES FOR A YEAR LIKE EARL MAY AND EVEN MENARDS. :(

Great flowers, but lousy customer service. Called Boesen today concerned that my wife's flowers hadn't been delivered as of 2 pm (order placed two weeks prior) and actually had it suggested to me that requesting delivery the day before or after Valentine's Day was smarter given the high volume of deliveries on 2/14. Kind of defeats the purpose. The female associate with whom I spoke, talked OVER me and argued to a minor degree... something I simply cannot stand. Flowers were delivered with the vase overfilled with water, causing spillage all over my wife's office. Fortunately, the arrangement itself does look fantastic.

Always check to see if loose stems are bogo, it's a great way to make a personalized bouquet using things you picked specifically. The Stams chocolates are always heavenly as well. Used this location for everything from a dear friends wedding bouquet to just for having a fun display for my kitchen table and the flowers are always beautiful.

Don't even deserve a half star. Very poor customer service. My daughter had a bouquet sent to me yesterday. She lives in Florida I in Altoona Iowa. They delivered and placed them outside the front door and left. Was very hot yesterday. No water in the vase and flowers were all wilted. She called this morning and they apologize also deliver a new one to my work place Sam's Club. The delivery guy slams them on the desk says who they're for and " I ain't taking them back!" Second one is just as bad. I'm taking both to their store slamming then on their counterparts and say Want my money back!

Flowers were delivered yesterday for my birthday. Half of them are dead today. The vase was too small and crushed the stems, the water was really dirty and they were delivered with no packet to extend their life. It was hard to make the woman on the phone understand the vase was too small...she kept saying flowers are unpredictable. Yes they certainly are but in this case they were handled improperly by florists. I'm not a florist and I know better than to crush the stems. They are replacing the flowers today....I would not be surprised if they were replaced by a smaller arrangement in the same vase. I don't think this shop understands that flowers are usually a gift or for a special occasion...dead flowers take all the joy out of getting flowers. I just want them replaced before my husband sees them....because he would be really disappointed that his gift was not wonderful.

Boesen on Ingersoll did all the flowers for our wedding, and they were breath stoppingly beautiful. Surpassed my expectations, very friendly and helpful to work with. The flowers used were bird of paradise, orange protea, mango calla lily, blue hydrangea, and a few others. Highly recommended.

I just had to leave a review to comment on the phenomenal customer service of Boesen. The bouquet I ordered for my girlfriend was received slightly damaged and the package it came in was damp from water spillage, overall just looked like it was weathered. I called Boesen the following day and explained what had happened and they delivered a fresh bouquet no questions asked. I’d definitely come back here again the next time I’m looking for a gift for a loved one.

I purchased two carnations from this floral shop on Wednesday to my sister in the hospital and she received them on Thursday which is fine but she said they looked horrible and i saw them today and they are about dead already!! I have ordered from many flower shops and never had this problem!! I spent over $17 on them so i wasted my money! Never again will i order from you!!

Boesen is now my florist for life. I've used many different floral delivery companies throughout the years but Boesen's service is the absolute best. Most recently, a dear friend of mine lost her beloved dog to old age. I was not able to visit her but sent some flowers in my absence. Boesen had quick same-day delivery options. They delivered the flowers and were very sweet to my friend in her grief. I'm thankful that a friendly person was there for her when I could not be.

Great place! Whether I stop by or call in the staff here is very helpful. I don't know a lot about flowers but they put me at ease and my lady is always complimented on how good the florist did. Often I call them in the morning and they get my flowers delivered that afternoon. Pro Tip - Flowers are half price on Friday so stop in and have them whip you up a bouquet of stems and save some coin (or double the size)!

The flowers where pathetic. It didn't have any of the flowers like in the picture or the same color scheme like in the picture. This was not worth $40. I would have been better off going and buying flowers at walmart.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Noticed they never arrived. Called the next day. They admitted the arrangement was never made, let alone delivered. Pretty disappointed. What if we were not there, and never knew?

I have ordered Bosen's for gifts to be delivered many times and have been extremely satisfied. The flowers always look great. I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday, online and was called to ask if I would like it delivered that same day (which I did, as it was her birthday) and it was delivered before 5pm, even thought they have a 24 hour policy. Every person I have spoken with was through and respectful. I will use Bosen's in the future.

Ordered flowers for a birthday, Boesen confirmed the order which per their website should be considered confirmation of delivery on that day. The flowers were not delivered that day, nor was I contacted. Only the next day was I informed that they needed "additional address information". When I called them back they said they found the information and would make the delivery today. A day late on a birthday delivery isn't good enough.

Excellent! No words! Called fr Cedar Rapids and ordered a flower arrangement for dinner at 801 Chophouse. Arrived on time, wife loved the flowers, display, and presentation. Still healthy and beautiful a week later. Asked Bosen to use their creativity and something that could be carried and brought home. Home Run!!!!
