Had to come back three times to get corsages due to multiple problems with getting them done. Still ended up with wilting corsages that were the wrong colors and not very well made. Owner did take responsibility for the problems and offer to remake them, however we had already ordered new ones from another place.

I ordered flowers online which was easy to navigate. Then I received a text message a couple hours later keeping me up to date on the delivery status. The flowers were delivered promptly and the delivery lady was very nice. Minor complaint but being locally sourced the flowers seemed slightly wilted (attached picture). Overall I would order again and recommend to others.

Wedding Flowers - Tonya is so great! Her and her team worked so hard to make my wedding day look like a beautiful spring garden. The bouquet's were fresh and lovely. I cried when I saw mine. The centerpieces were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She went above and beyond to make sure I had nothing to stress about when it came to flowers or Linens the week and day of. I am forever grateful that I found such a CREATIVE, FUN and LOVING woman to be the florist for my speacial day. I was initially excited to work with Tonya at the French Tulip, since she was quick to come up with good ideas for my wedding bouquet and I saw that she had won some awards on her website. The customer service that followed however, was nothing short of awful. After waiting one month for a quote for just one bouquet, I asked for a slightly smaller version for a lesser price. This took another month, and it was even more expensive than before! When I brought this up, I had to resend my inspiration photo, it took more than a week to fix, and by that time I only had two weeks left until my wedding. When I asked how to pay and pick it up (check, and pick up on the day of the wedding), I thought everything was fine. Four days before my wedding, she texted me at 7pm saying that she hadn’t ordered my flowers because she hadn’t received my check in advance. She never told me in our exchanges that pay was up front. When I offered to bring it by the next day on my lunch, she told me she needed it by 9:30am (they open at 10), and that they had moved seven miles away! When was she planning on telling me about this major detail, since I would have to plan around it on my wedding day?? She relented that I could pay online via Zelle, but before I could ask for her account name she abruptly told me that her workday was over, and would contact me tomorrow…what??? Why would you contact a customer so late in the day with a bombshell and then cut them off when they have questions? I couldn’t believe the rudeness of it, and I wondered if she was trying to drop my business because I didn’t have a large order during wedding season. Thankfully, I was able to guess her account info and someone offered to pick up my bouquet at the new location because I hadn’t factored a 14-mile round trip into my plans. The bouquet was ready for my wedding, although the quality was definitely not worth the headache. I would never recommend this florist to anyone looking for remotely quality customer service. I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. Save yourself the drama and go to a different florist.

I really can't say enough about this shop. I moved to Washington, DC and call whenever I need arrangements for friends back home. Customer service is fantastic and always goes the extra mile. I once sent an arrangement to my friend's place of work, only to find out that she was home for the day, French Tulip was happy to reroute the arrangement the same day. Who does that anymore? No one. Except The French Tulip.

Flowers are stunning and Tonya, the owner, is very professional and sincere to her customer. It is easy to find store that sells good quality but there aren’t many who offers honest service. This is what happened to me yesterday 11/3/2017. About 4 days ago I ordered flowers along with balloon and Teddy bear. It was 200 days with my girlfriend who is 8 hours away from me and I wanted to do something special for her since I cannot be there physically. Yesterday was the D-day and I was being excited to hear her reaction to this small event. Around 5:30 pm, which is 30min after closing time of the store, flowers were delivered and she loved it and sent me the picture of the flowers. But it looked nothing like the one that I ordered. Even though she loved it, I wasn’t satisfied so I decided to contact Tonya. She went back to her studio far after closing time and checked what was going on and admitted that flowers were mixed during delivery. I was angry at the moment but she was kept apologizing and was trying to make it right. She remade the flowers within the hour and delivered it herself. Flowers were stunning like I mentioned in the beginning and I was satisfied with her service. Again, I think good quality is easy to find but sincere service that is courageous enough to admit their mistake and trying to make it up is hard to find. She just earned her loyal customer and wanted to say thank you to her with this review. Thank you, Tonya, flowers are wonderful and your service is extraordinary!

This was the easiest and most personable flower delivery service I've ever used. They texted me and kept me up to date on where the flowers were and even let me know when they were 5 minutes away. I ordered flowers online to be delivered in Valentines day, the flowers never arrived and I kept calling the store the same day but they never returned my calls. then they replied back to me the next day with bunch of useless excuses and they told me they will issue me a refund. it been over a month now and I never got my refund back even though they told me 10 times they issued the refund, and now they are not even returning my calls for the refund of $78. after a month of constant calling and asking for my money back which I never received, I had to call my bank and dispute the transaction. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Make sure you do not buy flowers from there or even recommend it to a friend. I tried to go to the store on valentines day to pick up the flowers myself, but when I got there the store did not exist. SCAM! BE AWARE

I first met Tonya at a bridal show and fell in love with her energy, her passion for what she does, and her gorgeous work. Soon after, I got into contact with her to set up a meeting in hopes of getting my wedding flowers done by her. I made an appointment and arrived to find the shop locked, with no one there. Tonya then texted me saying she would be 45 minutes late so we had to reschedule the appointment. This missing of scheduled phone calls and meetings was a reoccurring theme throughout the planning process. I ultimately decided to use The French Tulip for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and four wristlets for moms and grandmas. I sent several photos to Tonya of my vision for our flowers— very light, romantic colors such as white, peach, blush, and greenery. On my proposal, she added “merlot” as a theme color. Several times, we discussed that merlot was not one of my wedding colors and I did not want merlot in my bouquet. On my wedding day, Tonya was set to deliver flowers to my house at 1 PM. She arrived at 155 PM when we were supposed to be leaving for the wedding at 2 PM. Sure enough, I was delivered bouquets with many, many merlot flowers in them. The bouquets were beautiful, but did not reflect my wedding colors or vision, or what we had discussed previously. The mothers’ and grandmothers’ wristlets were delivered to the venue (which was never discussed) and were dead by the time we got there. In addition, all of our bouquets had wilted by the time we even made it to the ceremony. My bridesmaids and I were all picking out dead flowers before going down the aisle. I didn’t even bring the flowers into the reception because I was so disappointed. Tonya did apologize and refunded me the money for the corsages, but in the end, I spent about $700 on bouquets that were not what I wanted, and that had wilted within 3 hours of getting them. She was pleasant to work with, even through this mishap, but I wished I had gone with a vendor more reliable and more organized.

This flower shop is amazing and I will never go anywhere else. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her work. My wife ended up leaving work a little early and was not there when the flowers were delivered. They called me and asked for our home address and went ahead and delivered them to my wife at our house, even though we are 25 miles outside their delivery area! Their customer service is at another level and I haven't even mentioned the quality of the flowers....BEAUTIFUL! My wife loves them and can't stop talking about how beautiful they are. Everyone who comes to our house talks about how beautiful the flowers are. They stayed fresh for weeks. Thank you French Tulip for making sure my surprise for my wife was unforgettable!

This is a great flower shop. I got flowers for someone pretty last minute and French Tulip was ready to go with the order as soon as I entered it. There was an issue with the server and my personal message got cut off. They texted me personally and told me about the problem and fix the personal message. Most big name flower shops would've just proceeded with the order - but these folks CARE. You can tell they really put a lot of care and effort into their craft. Something, I believe, really makes the flower arrangements special and unique. THANKS FRENCH TULIP!

Wow!!! I cannot tell you how absolutely fortunate I was to stumble upon this florist online! I need flowers for my uncle’s funeral and wanted something special created (an ace of hearts playing card). After speaking with the owner Tonya over the phone, I was confident we were in good hands. She was super friendly and communicative throughout the whole process and delivered the flower spray (which was perfect) on time to the funeral home. I couldn’t be more thrilled! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I repeat, do not buy from this website. They deliver wilted and dying bouquets that do not look like the photos online. I even paid for an upgrade, hoping that in doing so the final bouquet would look somewhat like the photo online. But alas, it was only 6 wilted sunflowers that died in a couple days. I would not be writing this review if they had addressed my issues and concerns. But I received no reply to my calls or text communication. All my calls are sent to voicemail, where the mailbox is full. I am from out of town, but was in town this week and hoped to stop by to speak to someone, but their storefront is FALSE. They do not have a physical location in Fishers, as shown on google maps. Also, I stopped into another flower shop close to where The French Tulip was supposed to be and the woman there said I wasn’t the first person to come in and ask about The French Tulip. Sounds like I’m not the only one who’s had issues like this. Apparently one woman’s entire order for her WEDDING wasn’t delivered!

Tanya was amazing to work with and went above and beyond! A very dear friend of mine Mother passed away. I live several hours away and wanted send a special figurine purchased from my town to go with flowers I wanted to order from the French Tulip Studio. As with funerals and visitation there isn't much time to ship from out of town. Tanya assured me if I was able to get the figurine to her she would be able to get the flowers and figurine to the funeral home in time. As luck would have it my package didn't get delivered properly. No problem for Tanya! She went above and beyond and arranged to get it from Fed Ex, make it with the flowers, and deliver both to the funeral home before the visitation started! Thank you Tanya! My heart is full.

I was out of town on this past Saturday and needed to order some flowers for my mothers birthday that I was going to miss due to travel. I wanted a local flowers shop in fishers and not a national order taker in order to have a more special feel. I found a great website for a French tulip that had a flower birthday cake arrangement that was perfect as my mother was complaining I wouldn’t have chocolate cake with her this weekend. The order somehow didn’t come through from the website to the florist and the bouquet didn’t get delivered as anticipated knowing they would be closed on Sunday I put in for a Saturday delivery. I was able to reach the owner via text and she made everything right and delivered the bouquet on Sunday which was actullay my mother’s birthday. She loved it. Thanks for going the extra mile and making me happy that I went local!

In the height of wedding season, she made time for an impromptu walk-in to commemorate a wedding all these years later. The arrangement itself was unique and artfully assembled. An error was made concerning pick-up of the flowers from the shop. To correct it, the owner brought the flowers by Mom's house personally. It's a great shop to work with.

Buyers beware. She does not deliver and will not give a refund. She is also not at the address advertised (8643 E 116th Street Fishers, IN, 46038). Complete scam. I have also gone to another address found on Facebook which is now a salon. Salon owner stated others have come looking for this florist for undelivered product and not able to get answers or refund (including a couple that did not receive their wedding flowers).
