Phenomenal. I ordered from Charlotte, North Carolina, and the Brianna and the entire Flower Girl team was just phenomenal. I did not order flowers, but rather a gift basket they offer, and heard nothing but good things. I highly recommend this business, and if the situation should ever arise I send flowers or another gift basket, this is the business I will be using. And you should too.

The Flower Girl did all of my flowers and decorations and tuxes for my wedding - and it was the easiest part of my whole wedding! I spent one hour with Brianna and she put everything together and all I had to do was set up the tables! Everything was gorgeous! I highly recommend the staff at The Flower Girl!

Called 2 days before I needed flowers delivered for our 40th anniversary and they had a 6 hr window to deliver a bouquet of roses and as of this posting, which is 5 hrs past the delivery window my wife STILL hasn't received the flowers. Won't be recommending this business to anyone.

We had an awesome experience with Middletown Floral Design. Our Wedding flowers were amazing, very professional and accommadating staff. I changed my flowers 3+ times and they were friendly and helpful each time. We also ordered our tuxes here. When my groom needed a different size pants because we mesured him at home wrong, the owner had it in the shop same day! I plan on taking my wedding dress there to be preserved as well. We will use Middletown Floral Design for all our events now, they have so many services!

Flower arrangement was not near the size as advertised. It was sitting next to much larger, beautiful arrangements from Toles Flowers (for less or same cost) and I was embarrassed to have my name on it. Some of the leaves tips were browning also. I do not recommend this flower shop.

Unbelievable the service and the patience they have at The Flower Girl. They have always taken care of me and getting flowers to the places I need with just a simple phone call. The best part I like is I don't have to use the national chain websites, if I want to send flowers far away. I can use them as a local company and The Flower Girl takes care of it.
