I would never suggest this website nor store to my worst enemy. On Friday January 22, 2016 at 2pm This site was supposed to deliver my daughter sweet 16 flowers to her school party and never delivered them. Then the company promised to bring then to the house never done that. Then I called on Saturday January 23,2016 at 8 am they was to deliver by 2pm. Needless to say i just received my daughter flowers and it is 5:25 pm. This arrangement was to come with a mylor ball with it and it is missing and yes all the problems this company has put me through I am being PETTY ABOUT MY DAUGHTER BALLON "SOPHIE"!

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!! My husband wanted to surprise me at work with flowers. Set it up to have them delivered by noon because I got off work at 2pm. 3pm rolls around and no flowers, so I call the company they were placed with and they call sofies. She tells them the driver is on the way this is at 330pm. So I wait around work until 4pm still no flowers! So I call again this time I am told they are on their way and she be there by 5pm. Let me remind you I got off work at 2pm and now I am stuck waiting around on these flowers! 5pm rolls around no flowers!!!! I decide I'm going home. I get a text from a co-worker at 5:20pm that the flowers are there so I turn around and go back to get them. I get the flowers and they look like something a three year old would put together and are wilted!!!!!! So I call sofies at this point. She tells me the order wasn't promised by noon and that if I got it by 5pm there was no problem. I informed her well there is a problem because they were not here by 5pm and not only that they are also wilted. She then told me I was a liar and they are not wilted! Pretty sure I know what a wilted flower looks like. When I asked her if this is how you run your business she got very rude with me and hung up. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this joke!!!!!

Always beautiful flowers, some people don’t like to spend money on rush delivery, but I do and was deliver on time, some people just like free flowers cheap people in a rich country Hahahah

My original order was not delvered. When i called to find out why it was never delvered and request a refund, i was told i could not get a refund, but they would give me a "Compensation Credit" of an additional $10. When i finally used the credit, the product delivered was pathetic, it arrived 2 hours late, there was no bow or ribbon, no card (even though I was charged $2 for a "full size greeting card" that i did not request) and there was no preservative packet. The receipt showed a value of LESS than my original purchase (So much for an additional $10 Compensation) and when i requested a copy i was told i could not have one. I had to take a picture of it on my phone!. What a crock!!! Trying to call for customer support was very difficult as well.

They have made some beautiful arrangements for me and my family to the point that I always reference them. One time I ordered flowers but on the day of the birthday, they changed some flowers that I had not ordered. However, the flowers were even better than what the picture showed! They are great and the owners are very reasonable people.
