We feel so fortunate to have found Post Road English Garden because they work routinely with our venue, Sanctuary on Penn. They made planning for our bouquets/boutonnieres and our table centerpieces SO easy and really worked with us to stay within out budget for our wedding in May 2019. My bouquet was truly the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and all I did was send a picture of the bridesmaids dresses and ask them to match the colors. They did the set up and tear down as well, making it truly effortless for us. We recommend them highly for your event!

For unknown reasons they sent a clearly female angel statue (bangs, long auburn curly hair, dress with lavender sash...) for my son's funeral. I did call to ask if they could exchange it for a male angel and was told it was a 'unisex' angel. Nope... no way. Extremely disappointed in their service.

Amazing work! My husband surprised me with flowers at work but to my dismay they were not my cup of tea. The colors were very fall oriented and I am more of bright colors kind of gal. The staff were more than happy to redo the bouquet into colors that I enjoyed and delivered them to my job. Such great customer service. Lovely people, lovely shop! Will definitely be getting all of our arrangements from them from now on!

We are so happy that Post Road English Garden helped us with the flowers for our wedding. We met with Lisa once, talked with her about our options and showed her some pictures, and from that she and her team, including Nancy, were able to transform our reception venue into the most magical space. Lisa was full of ideas and was very friendly and personable. Even though some of the flowers I wanted to use were not in season or were going to be too expensive, she found a way to work them into the centerpieces and bouquets without our overall cost going up. Lisa and her team were very organized and we had no doubt or stress in the weeks leading up to our wedding that anything would be mishandled or forgotten. Our flowers were delivered to the church and reception venue on time and they were gorgeous. The arrangements surpassed all of our expectations. Lisa and her team are true professionals and we will recommend Post Road English Garden to anyone looking for a florist in the Indianapolis area.

My favorite florist in Indianapolis! Floral arrangements are always phenomenal. Pricing is average for the products offered. You can always walk-in and have small or large arrangements made right then and there. I have never called and placed an order ahead, and have bought many large arrangements. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. If something isn't quite right with the arrangement (aesthetically) they will fix it to your liking. They have arrangements on the website that you can order. I have always gone in, told them my price range, the specific flowers I wanted (if any), and the occasion and have them make something special.

They did the flowers for our wedding and I could not be happier. My mom and I had a couple meetings at Post Road and both times we were given wonderful guidance in picking what would look best at the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Lisa and her crew came before the wedding to set up and then after the wedding to flip the room for the reception.
