The flowers made my wife very happy. I specified the location they were supposed to be delivered to, even if I did give the wrong name. After two attempts the flowers were NOT delivered. I had to deliver them myself. Disappointed on Valentine's Day!

Staffmember I dealt with was rude, impatient and impersonal when my husband and I went in to order flowers for my grandpa's funeral. She could not spell my name correctly, even after spelling it out for her at least three times. Arrangements were pricy, at best, for what you got. This was my first and last experience with Penny's Florist.

I have visited Penny's a few times in the past. They always have fresh flowers out that are reasonably priced. They will always come out and help you find something. If you tell them what occasion they will help you pick something out that's in your budget. I will continue to visit them and patronized them in the future.

Wonderful experience!! I called around 10:45am to have flowers sent to my Grandmother’s house. They didn’t arrive until 1:30pm, but that was only because they had a busy schedule before hand, which I completely understand. The woman I spoke with, Jen (maybe Jennifer, I cannot remember unfortunately) over the phone was lovely. I had these sent because my grandmother is mourning the loss of her late husband/ my grandfather so this meant the world to me. The flowers were arranged in the vase beautifully. I must say, it is a little pricey but you can’t put a price tag on LOVE. Thank you Penny’s Florist.

I visited today with the hope of getting a fresh cut bouquet. Unfortunately I visited 20 minutes before closing. The gal that waited on me clearly wanted me to buy what was already made even when I told her I didn't care for roses and all bouquets had roses. Very poor customer service. I highly doubt I will visit again.
