I recently had a very poor service experience with McNamara Carmel and posted here on Facebook about it. McNamara's CEO personally took the time to respond and resolved the issue (WOW). Thanks again for the quick response and phone call to resolve this issue. I am happy to see that McNamara's leader took time to personally resolve this issue when the easy thing would have been to disregard and move on. That integrity and personal service approach is I am sure why McNamara is successful! Very Impressive! Thanks again!

McNamara is clearly more than just a florist. They have beautiful storefronts with so many wonderful gift ideas and holiday decorations. But for the purposes of this review, let us gush about their wedding floral side of the business. We often work with Alan...who is just a lovable artist that you'd like to squeeze. He is complimentary and creative, consistently finding ways to please his clients. We had the honor of photographing the owner of McNamara's wedding. As you can imagine, it was perfect. What did we like best about it? Every centerpiece was different. And...they embraced yellow and orange. We never see that combination. We just LOVED everything about it. Here's a quick glimpse at The Columbia Club and their private backyard.

Beware. I phoned in an order from out of town. I asked for $140 arrangement and was told it would be grand. What they sent? 7 Peonies in a small square vase--yes, they were beautiful, but not the scale or value that a $140 arrangement should be. They then said they would be happy to back to the recipient and collect the arrangement and replace it with one that is smaller....? Honestly, I think they took advantage of a direct out of town call. I place the order myself, not through a local florist. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted. Good luck.
