I ordered flowers for my mom, I am in NY, she is in Lafayette. Although I knew it was last minute (Friday), for $40 plus taxes plus delivery fee, My mom received 14 tulips! I was rushed on the phone only being asked how much I wanted to spend and then for my card number. I support small business and did not want to use online so I called my Dad and my Sister about ordering from here and they said oh yes, they will do a good job. I am hurt and disappointed, I wasn't expecting alot, but I wasn't expecting 14 tulips either.

McKinney's did an AMAZING job on the flowers for my October wedding! I had to do my planning long-distance, but it was a great experience! I provided some pictures and descriptions of what I was envisioning, and Leeanne helped me work out all the details over the phone/email. Communication was always very prompt, and I was able to update my order with new items as I needed. Best part -- the morning of the wedding, everything was exactly as I imagined and delivered on time! Completely stress-free and the flowers were beyond gorgeous. I would 100% recommend McKinney's to other Lafayette brides!

Wanting a new centerpiece for your dining room table or porch table, go to McKinney’s. They allowed me to bring in my own vase and my own silks. Showing them Fabrics for color they helped create amazing looking centerpieces. Staff was very kind and I received both pieces in a timely fashion. I will call them for all my floral needs.

This was an exasperating experience, I never even ordered flowers based on the suggestions given to me over the phone. Lilies, sunflowers, gerbers...this was the extent of creative input when I asked for lush, colorful, youthful bouquet. I felt like I was a bother and the most minimal effort in originality was provided. I looked to a professional hoping to create a fantastic experience and hung up insulted, infuriated, and perplexed. Be aware if you are calling from another state.

Phenomenal Service — From the moment you enter the store until you've settled on your purchases nothing but exceptional service is provided. I've used this florist for every occasion imaginable. From funerals through "Just Because"! Leanne and her staff ask the right questions regarding recipient, occasion, and price range and I always leave knowing I've received the best bang for my buck. And the selection I eventually purchase is never late on delivery and never fails to elicit a big SMILE! Whether it's for your mother in-law on Mother's Day or your wife just so she knows you're thinking of her or you're in the doghouse! This place will get you off the couch and back into the will! All jokes aside, great quality and service for the product. Can't be beat!

Ordered flowers from McKinney's to be delivered to my event yesterday. When stopped by the shop two weeks ago, the staff greeted my wife and myself nicely and introduced us all the options they had. The price was reasonable and even though two weeks were a short notice to prepare the flowers, they delightedly took the order. On the day of the event, the flowers were delivered on time and set up promptly and nicely, just as we planned. Oh, and since there was a little change of plan from the time we ordered the flowers, they actually had to deliver to two places instead of one, but the staff still nicely accommodated our request with no extra charge. Much appreciated. Head this is a generations-long family business. It's great to have local family-owned business like this. Thank you.

She told me all my other options & based on my choice & comments said she could replace some of the flowers w/ another color which would be more complimentary to new vase. Incredible customer service & when ordering from another state this is greatly appreciated.

I have ordered multiple arrangements with McKinney's this year and they always go the extra mile to make the flowers beautiful. Even when we had a delivery SNAFU with my niece being discharged from the hospital, they delivered the arrangement to her home, after hours. I can't recommend this place enough.

Leeanne and Jeannie are the best I have ever dealt with, in this line of business. They are always very friendly, helpful and professional. Most of the time I can just call in with what I am looking for and I can trust them to do it perfectly and they always exceed my expectations. Recently, Leeanne helped me plan my surprise engagement and I left it up to her and it went off perfectly. I am sure she isn't wanting to get into wedding planning but she was awesome. After charging $20 for delivery fee and taxes (which I was very fine with). They decided to try and charge another $3.99 to send me a picture (email or text) of the flowers that were being delivered. There’s other flower shops in the area that provide flowers and delivery (for less $) and won’t charge to send an email.

Everytime I go there ,there is a short selection and always issues with delivery for instance (today) it's a holiday you are suppose to prepare for that as a business. Adding to review after response I see you guys singled out one day lol and tried to be clever maybe you didn't read the everytime part I've been to your place 4 times in the last 6 months and it's been a good experience once not just Valentine's day

I called last minute and asked for a pretty spring arrangement as a "Thank You" gift. Leanne (spelling?) was very attentive and knew exactly what I wanted. The arrangement was done in time and it was beautiful! I am also an early bird, so I loved that they open before everyone else.

Ordered flowers for girlfriend on birthday and the flowers never arrived. I called that night and asked where the flowers were and the blamed it on the delivery driver. I said i did not want the flowers and just to return the money and they said they wanted to get them to her on her birthday. I said at this point I still would not pay for them. They delivered flowers not to where specified and ... Did not refund the money They are lairs and unprofessional I would avoid at all cost. I have had good experiences buying flowers at other places.
