This is a revision of a review. In February of 2016, I had a horrible experience with this store. The only thing they didn't do was charge me then produce nothing. The order was wrong, then, once corrected, they failed three delivery attempts to the same address on the same day. This year, they made up for it nicely. The order was correct, delivered on time, and to the correct location. i now recommend them as a florist.

They delivered to the wrong address, lied that they delievered it to the correct one. Then when Ethel, the owner called me, she was rude and confrontational. I would suggest anything other than this slum of a florist.

Great customer service, husband and wife company!! We had a small snag with my order, to make up for it they delivered to my house. At 9 o clock at night (.they had my permission to deliver, and they wanted "to make it right"). I will def only order from them in the future Aaaaand the flowers they brought are beautiful!!!

I am so disappointed! I ordered flowers for my cousin's breast cancer surgery and I even paid more to have it be deluxe. What she ended up receiving was a horrendous mix match or random flowers. I could have picked them myself from a field! I am so saddened and embarrassed.

Bought a dozen roses , owner went out of their way to acquire a very specific kind of rose for me , had order ready in very short notice , beautiful arrangement and superior customer service. Highly recommend ~

I have personally used the wonderful services of Lady'J florist for years. Also our neighborhood reunion has repeatedly used their services with no complaints or dissatisfaction. I highly recommend Lady J - ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!

I just had a small bouquet delivered to me. The flowers have brown around the tips, are missing several petals, and look generally unhealthy. The receptionist staff even commented that they looked like they were dying. I called to let the shop know and was told they are brown because they are "tinted" and she was very adamant that they were not wilting. I wasn't looking to get refunded (I didn't buy them), I was just really disappointed that somebody paid for these sickly flowers to be delivered to me... The worker said she would replace them in a few days if they drooped over, but I'd rather you take pride in what you deliver. Sadly I'll be throwing these out today.

Lady J's in under new ownership as of 11/1/16. The new owners are fine, committed people who I know will do a great job - so I hope that folks will give them a try, and ignore the bad reviews from several years ago that reflected previous owners.
