Got flowers for my mother on Valentine's Day! Within two days they were DEAD!!!! They were replaced, and AGAIN....TWO DAYS LATER, THEY WERE DROOPING AND FALLING OVER!!!! :-(

Love this place the staff & arrangements are GREAT! The flowers last up to 4 weeks of you take care of them. My Mom loves them the ones I got today were colors that we'd never seen before, red orange, a mixture of peach yellow & orange. And of course I got the traditional red but the colors were BEAUTIFUL! She said out of all the flowers she's gotten she had never seen these colors

The rose for the wristlets for wedding were supposed to be small roses and the groom's and groomsmen bouttoniers we're also too large. Nine pieces, the three wristlets construction was tacky and groomsmen "buds" were too big, where some had to use several pins or stuck inside pockets. Spent too much $$ for what Angel A. promised. ☹️

Of the arrangement I had sent to my wife at work, there were 6 Lilly stems with with roughly 3 buds and or blossoms per stem. When I was in the store I ordered 2 yellow stems, 2 orange stems, and 2 red stems.... my wife recieved 2 yellow stems, 2 orange stems, and what I could only assume was 2 peach stems. Not happy that my wife did not get exactly what I picked out and paid for, which is a shame since I have been buying flowers here for 20yrs

I went in to get Flowers’s for mother’s day! No one greeted me! No one asked if they could help me! The flowers were over priced and picked through! When I did make a purchase no. One really wanted to help me. The rude lady who ran me up. Gave a man a discount. Rude staff I never saw friendly

Terrible place! Do not come here for flowers. My now husband and I got our wedding bouquets in Bridesmaids because here. We also that are boutonnieres here they're way overpriced and wr carnations instead of a rose mixed with other flowers setup for $60. When we call to talk to them about it they admitted they dropped the ball and never called us back to make it right.

Would NEVER go back. The dark haired cashier was so rude that had I not already swiped my card I would have left the floral arrangements there on the counter. Please people who read this, just go somewhere else

Amanda, the wedding coordinator at the shop, help me from start to finish with my wedding. I have purchased flowers from them prior. I didn't want to go with the usual roses. Amanda was so patient and had so many ideas for what we could do! I loved my bridal bouquet. It was football mums, hydrangeas, and pink Heather, with wild sprays of green sticking out that fit with our outdoor ceremony. I brought teapots, gold vases, and drawers to the shop for the reception. Never once did the team look overwhelmed. The end result was amazing!!!!!! The price was great! The quality of the flowers from the shop is second to none! Other shops want 4 times as much and aren't as friendly and down to earth. The day I brought my final payment I met Angel the lady helping Amanda with my wedding day set up. She was super friendly and just as knowledgeable about what was going on with the order. I knew I was in good hands. I am so thankful to this shop for making my day so memorable. I will only shop here for my flowers from now on. Highly recommend these ladies. They worked so well with my wedding planner :)

Tried to play a prank on my brother by sending him flowers and not letting him know who sent them. It was a disaster because they sent a receipt for the flowers to his phone and then when his wife called they straight told them who sent them. Nice flowers but ruined my surprise.

They have wonderful customer service! The flowers are beautiful & their roses usually last 2-3 week's. Last but not least they have great prices. FYI FELLOWS YOU CAN GIVE YOUR SOMEONE SPECIAL 2 DOZEN OF ROSES FOR THE PRICE YOU NORMALLY PAY FOR 1. NOW WON'T YOU RACK UP BROWNIE POINTS FOR THAT SPECIAL EVENING
