Never again will I use this florist. And I will tell everyone i know not to use this florist. Flowers were sent to a funeral home for my grandmother. Within a couple of hours, the wings of the angel centerpiece fell off and broke. I called to see if we could get a replacement, so my grandmother could have something from her 102 year old mother's funeral. The man on the phone told me it wasn't his problem and that I'd have to buy another. They didn't even send the correct arrangement that was ordered. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

True disappointment. They delivered a dozen roses for Valentine's Day on February 15, and then said to my administrative assistant as they dropped them by, "We got slammed and didn't get a bunch out yesterday." Poorly done. This is not the first time they have failed. Epically.

I ordered flowers directly from this florist instead of going through Teleflorist. My friend stated the flowers were beautiful. This review has 3 stars because of the very poor customer service. Hours on the website stated they opened at 8:30 am. No one picked up until 9:30 am. The person I spoke too rushed me through my order and hung up before I could ask for the total. He also wrote down the wrong street name. Called me back. I made it VERY clear to call my friend before delivering. They did and left a message. But instead of waiting to confirm a time when they were home, they left the flowers on the porch!!!!! Fortunately they were not damaged or stolen. Great product but HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Very friendly staff on phone. I needed a funeral arrangement for a local delivery. I had requested a photo of the final product to be sent to my cell...I never got :( This would have been nice since I am out of state and have no idea what I had paid for...I will not be using Kelly's again...I will use Vice's in south Marion

First time using this Florist.Didn't get the arrangement I ordered . I had ordered the Tele floral arrangement full of love. Deluxe The arrangement that was received looked nothing like it . only consisted of the pink roses pink tulips and a couple of stems of white mini Carns. or something like that and the florist standard leatherleaf no pink carnations no purples no other greenery that was in the Teleflora picture on their website . . I was disappointed !
