Very rude and distasteful people work here. Went in to shop to look at their products was greeted nicely but after a few questions about their service and products and the attitude turned sour quickly. Became very rude and impatient trying to rush me and became very distasteful. Thought it might have been the guy that was there but I went back in about a year later and totally same experience with the fenale and the same guy from my first visit was there. Would not recommend will not ever return. I suggest stay away and find a better floral company who won't be so sour

Went into store to order flowers for funeral service. The staff was beyond helpful. I order a casket spray from a book. The staff explained the longevity of the flowers I wanted and ultimately I decided on a custom order. I was overwhelmed with the beauty and longevity of the flowers. The florist made a custom spray that was so beautiful the flowers looked fake. Four days later and flowers are still looking fresh. I definitely recommend going into the store verses ordering online if possible. If not call in and the ladies will walk you through it. That way you get the best in season order.

This has been my go-to florist all of my life. The designers are phenomenal and always take my layman's description of what I want and turn it into the perfect arrangement. They're professional and kind whether walking in off the street or phoning my order in.

Very rude staff.. made a purchase for delivery on valentine's day for my wife which never got delivered. No phone call or email about not being able to deliver. The door the delivery driver went to was locked so they said it was closed. Flowers were delivered a day late and wilted (according to my wife). I call the florist and was given all sorts of attitude.was told I could get a credit or a replacement order neither of which I want.

You know I saw some poor reviews for kellens and I have to shake my head. I'm not sure how you can make an educated review after only dealing with this business on a single occasion. With that I present the following review. I have been dealing with kellens florist over the past decade. Ive sent flowers to my lady friends, loved ones, and friends who's loved ones had passed. The florists at Kellen's took my call promptly, asked a few basic questions and quickly went to work on my request. The results have always been fresh and long lasting. Bouquets were wired for stability and longevity with some arrangements lasting for multiple weeks. Mother's day bouquets have always been a highlight but I've never had an issue, not one. For what it's worth this has been after 50+ orders. The folks at Kellens are fantastic. They know flowers.

I needed an arrangement asap but wanted to have an input on what flowers they used. They invited me in and were very accommodating. Once we established the arrangement they told me to give them 30 minutes and it would be ready. Delivered as promised!

Thank You! I ordered flowers for someone in the hospital. I wasn't able to see what the flowers looked like. I was told.... they were beautiful! The patient and her visitors said the arrangement was very nice. To me, if the patient nis happy, that is all that matters. Thanks again for the ease of ordering!

I called late afternoon with a funeral order for early the next morning. The gentleman who answered the phone immediately said "no problem". The specific floral design I requested was not available on such short notice, but he suggested other flowers that he had fresh in stock that would get a very similar look and promised it would look very nice and that he would be happy to take good care of the order for me.

website not clear that orders that start with WG don't come from their shop :( FedEx delivers them for way more than then Kellen's delivery charges. Apparently my friend wasn't home when they arrived and then had to go pick up her flowers from Fed Ex. I called Kellen's to try to explain this was not clear and wanted my $20 back since customer had to pick up order. NO HELP - told me to contact FTD. Word to the Wise - don't order from here online. Call for much cheaper delivery. I won't order from here again
