Funeral bouquet. The flowers were on time. They were pretty. Reasonably fresh, tho some of them looked a little bruised and tired. I was mainly disappointed that it wasn't what was pictured and paid for. A Parrot Lily is not a Tulip. It is a filler flower, at best. I paid for roses and tulips. Not one tulip. I had noted to please call me before making substitutions. I would never have accepted the much less expensive parrot lilly for the tulips, had I been asked; which I suspect, is why I wasn't asked. I'm not happy about it.

I have never been so disappointed in a floral arrangement in my life. The original delivery was made on Friday, March 13, 2015 during a driving rain storm. The flower arrangement was left at the door without any protection or cover to the arrangement. Once received, the arrangement was in pitiful condition, Half of the flowers were bent over and crumpled, let alone the arrangement did not look at all like the description of the arrangement on the FTD website that had been purchased for me. When I attempted to notify this florist numerous times, I was hung up on by an employee twice, before the owner finally came to the phone. After a lengthy discussion, she agreed to send out a new arrangement on Monday, March 16, 2015 and promised that the arrangement would be lovely and lively. Suffice it to say, I was completely stunned today when I received the ugliest and puniest flower arrangement of my life! After speaking to the "giver" over the weekend, I know what was spent on this arrangement and I know how it was supposed to appear. I am attaching photo's of both the expected arrangement and what was actually received. There is absolutely no comparison. Upon receiving this replacement arrangement, I immediately contacted Julianne's Florist and spoke to the owner letting her know how disappointed I was with the flowers. She was argumentative and surly. She insisted that the arrangement should be considered acceptable to me and that she had done the arranging herself. Considering the fact that her website says that they offer a 100% Guarantee, this customer is not at all satisfied with either the arrangement or the florist. I hope that others will take the time to view the attached photo's and know that you will agree that the flowers sent to me are not at all comparable to the arrangement that was bought and paid for. This is a terrible florist and I will do everything in my power and use every type of social media available to me to let the general public know not to use this company.

I placed an online order from Juliannes Florist on Crums Lane for flowers for valentines day. 4 o'clock on valentines rolled around and nothing had been delivered so I called the shop. The lady on the phone said she would have to check with the driver and get back to me. 5 o'clock rolled around and I receive a call that they could not make the delivery and my card will not be charged. So here I am with no flowers and no card for my wife at 5 o'clock in the afternoon on valentines day!

I went and picked up some flowers for a funeral for my friend and the lady that owns it is the sweetest person I have ever meet God bless her shes will be my flower destination from now on for sure. Thanks for the beautiful flowers the family loved them

Called ahead they said they have Daisy’s. I got asked how much I wanna spend, 15$. They only had yellow Daisy’s, 3 of them. I got some fake green leaves, white bud flowers, and three Daisy’s. She pressured me into buying them for 15$, it was worth maybe 6$. I also had to wait 20 minutes for her to get off phone

I've never actually bought anything from here but the ladies who work there are very sweet. my boyfriend took our boys for a walk & she gave them a beautiful vase with a rose & told them every time it died to come get a new one. the boys absolutely love this place.

Julianne's Florist has ALWAYS been a wonderful florist for me and my family and we have been patrons for several years. I work in the service industry and hold any service company to a very high standard. Julianne's consistently delivers a quality product for a reasonable price and has always provided excellent customer service. Ms. Judy is an owner who takes a hands on approach and has always been the one to answer the phone when I call, she is very sweet and personable and goes above and beyond to ensure her customer's are satisfied.

I was nervous to order and last minute for my fathers funeral not knowing what it would look like when I walked in but the flowers she made were beyond expectations. I cannot begin to explain how beautiful the arrangements were and so full. Simply beautiful. Breathtaking.

I would give this florist zero stars if I could! I am a college student, so $100 is a lot for me but I wanted to send my mom and finance's mom some flowers for mothers day because I am unable to go back home to see them. When my mom sent me a picture of what she received, I was furious! The flowers she had received looked nothing like what I had ordered for her! There weren't even half the number of flowers the one I ordered had! I felt like I got ripped off! I waited to call them first thing in the morning so I could tell them how disappointed I was with the flowers my mom received and wanted to cancel the ones going out to my finance's mom. The employee that answered the phone was abrupt and handed the phone over to the owner who picked up by rambling about how she did not have time for complaints. I was in disbelief at how horrible I was being treated and talked to. She was unnecessarily rude to me and hung up without even telling me what she'd do about it. When I called back to get an understanding on wether I'd get a refund back, she was still raising her voice with me and proceeded to say "It's taken care of" then hung up. I stood there with the phone to my ear just in complete and utter shock. I will NEVER order flowers from this florist again. The customer service you will receive from this florist is horrid. Treat people how you want to be treated is all I have to say to them. The owner there does not deserve our hard earned money. Don't waste your time here.
