We always order all our mother-in-law's flowers from this wonderful florist. We live in Florida, but I like talking & dealing with one of our old hometown places. We sure haven't ever been disappointed. Steve, the owner, & his staff are more than polite and helpful. The arrangements are always beautiful & reasonably priced. My sister sends photos and tells us how pretty they are. My mother-in-law always says she loves them. I'm very happy that we found them.

I used an online ordering service that chose this place to make and deliver an arrangement for my mother in law who lost her dad. I paid a pretty penny to make sure they would be delivered to the place of the funeral before it started. This place even called me the morning of to see when the service started and assured me it would be there well before then... well! Nope! It sure wasnt.... and I was on the phone for over 30 minutes the day of my grandfather's funeral to see what was going on.. I got so frustrated because I could never get an answer I just canceled the order. I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy! Horrible horrible service!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Such a shame... I was always told this was a good place. Must have had a change in management!

After my wedding consultation, I did not hear back from them for 5 weeks. I called and was informed that the person who did my consultation wasn't at work so they had no information they could give me. I was told that she would give me a call. When she did call 5 days later, it was to inform me that they already had 2 weddings that day and could not do mine. My main problem with this store is its lack of communication. If it were more organized, it would have been able to tell me the day I asked if I could do a consultation that they already had 2 weddings booked that day instead of making me wait over a month to be told they couldn't do my order. The wedding is soon so I am now scrambling to find a florist that can do my bouquets on short notice. This place is very unprofessional.

Made a special request for an a-dog-able floral arrangement to be sent to my aunt for Valentine's Day. The arrangement greatly exceeded my expectations! It was simply adorable! Most importantly it brought joy to not only my aunt, but the others at the assisted living place where she resides. Awesome job!
