My boyfriend ordered me some flowers for Valentine’s Day and sent them to my job. He told them specifically to deliver them after 4pm for I would receive them but they delivered them at 10am. I was unaware that I would be receiving roses or anything for valentines especially at work. The point is if someone tells you a specific time to deliver is for the person would receive them not no other stranger . What if someone took them and me not knowing. Thankfully my coworker accepted them and waited till I came in for my shift.

I buy flats of flowers each year from here. Not a huge selection, but very well priced and good quality plants. I have also purchased my kids prom flowers from here. They were beautiful in the box until examined better. There were brown edges on the roses, like they were made too far in advance. The flowers literally were a mess by the middle of the evening. ( I know this because I had to pick up my son's date very early by 730 pm.) I told the florist and they wouldn't accept responsibility. So cut flowers are a hit or miss.

This is the second time I ordered flowers for my mother and I will NEVER order from them again. Flowers were a day late, the man on the phone was rude and the roses were fully blown open. Not good.

Love the service. I have stopped in spontaneously 3 times in the last couple of months for a little something for a birthday, a hostess gift, etc. I picked a flower or two that I liked and they created a pretty present and the recipients were thrilled. Great attitude and the flowers are always fresh and lasting.

Beauty of the flowers didn't match their hateful hearts. Over heard employee say racist things about a customer for no apparent reason. Some people are more refined than to hate randomly.

I wish I could leave no stars, this is the second time I've ordered here, and the second time I have been majorly disappointed. Me and my girlfriend ordered together so that they would match better. I ordered a silver sprayed rose with purple accents and of the accents babies breath. I got white flowers with white babies breath and some purple ribbon bs. The boutenier was to be a purple sprayed flower with silver accent. What did it turn out to be? An f'n pink flower with white babies breath and more of that ribbon bs. Dont ask for sprayed roses. They lie to you and say they can do it and never do. I called after, "Why did I get a pink flower!?" They reply, "its lavender, it's as purple as its going to get." "So spray them" "we dont actually spray roses." Go to Whiting floral, they will gladly give you what you want and take time and effort into building the perfect flower for you.

Toni worked with me for floral arrangements for my wedding and she was absolutely amazing!! She knew exactly how my vision was for my wedding day and did such a beautiful job. Also, she was very quick on responding when I had any questions. She really went out of her way and made all of our flowers, bouquets and boutonnieres arrangements so beautiful. We had so many compliments on our wedding day because of her. I cannot recommend her enough!

My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday on Dec. 15th. It was okay, not really pretty certainly something I wouldn't have chosen, but I was grateful to him and my grandson for thinking of me. I thought he and the child must have designed it. It wasn't until today when I opened the charge card bill and saw what he spent that made me write this negative review. It cost $50 for this plastic ugly vase and some weed looking flowers. So I asked him about it, and he said they asked for his budget and then told him the designer would put something really nice together for him and have it sent. I wish we could post pictures here, because this flower arrangement I wouldn't have spent $25 on let alone $50. I feel like he got taken, putting the flower choice and design in their hands, like they stole his money and sent some crap they had laying around. Sad, we used to use them for our flowers all the time, not any longer.

Check out attached pic by clicking on the review. I ordered "A beautiful light pink cyclamen plant is delivered in a delightful crème-colored pedestal planter. Send some sun! Approximately 14" W x 17" H" I received a 6" plant in a 6" container. The container was larger than the plant. It looked puny and nothing like the online photo. A picture is worth a thousand words. I will never order from them again.
