I order flowers from here at least 6-10 times a year (sometimes more) for my job. Have always experienced great service and then strangely today I received a phone call after I ordered saying they weren't able to provide what I ordered online (that wasn't the strange part as that happens) and the shipping fee was also going to be about $4 more. (that was the strange part) I asked if they would waive the minimal $4 shipping fee since they couldn't provide what I ordered and she said they "don't do that." I then went ahead and picked a different arrangement for the exact same price online... I call and she says the price on the internet is different than what they have there and it will be an additional $11. Confusing for sure, and a bit frustrating. Especially considering we did order from them so frequently.

I recently started to date a pretty awesome women that lives in Goshen, about 2 hours from where I live in IL. I wanted to do something to brighten up her day today, so I decided to send her flowers. I called and spoke with Sandy. She was pleasant, personable and great to work with. I told her she likes lilies and sun flowers and that I wanted it to be a nice bouquet. The flowers were delivered on time ( less than a handful of hours after I called) and the woman I was sending them to said they were beautiful. Thanks for your help, I will be a repeat customer.

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday for delivery. I paid $50 for them. The vase wasn't even full and some of the flowers looked like they were starting to wilt. I have to say i was disappointed when I saw them. Even my husband made a comment about them. I'm not saying I won't buy from you again but I'll have to think about it.

i am from out of town and talked them a few weeks ago and they said they would be open and delivering flowers on Valentine's Day. Called them on Valentine's morning to order flowers for my girlfriend cause I had to work and could not be there for her today. Then they now inform they are not delivering flowers today on Valentine's Day, then told me I could still place a order and they would be more then happy to deliver them tomorrow, Really that's so ridiculous that a so called florist don't deliver flowers on Valentine's Day. I would never recommend them to anyone. Thank You for telling me one thing then change your mind. Worst florist ever!

I ordered flowers online yesterday morning for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. I left instructions to "please deliver after 4:30 if at all possible. My wife will be away from home on and off but should be home by then." Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered. I called today and asked what happened. I spoke with Sally, who said that "It looks like we tried to deliver them around 4:10-4:20. I guess we missed her. We'll try to get them delivered today." She didn't apologize, offer a discount, or offer any other remedy. I'm very disappointed because, since I had to work all day, this was the only way I could do something for my wife on our actual anniversary. Having the flowers delivered the day after makes me feel like I let her down. I'm sorry to say that I won't be using Goshen Floral & Gift Shop for future flower deliveries.

What I received barely resembled what was ordered. They delivered a day earlier than requested so there was nobody home, it was blown over in the wind and left to freeze on the porch. Sent multiple complaints with no response whatsoever. Definitely will not be using this store again!!
