She was very helpful in suggesting ideas on flowers or arrangements, she offered ways to help cut down costs and made sure we incorporated flowers that were special to our family. She was very cool, calm and collected which is huge & she ensured that everything would be carefully looked after and specially handled for the big day. Gilbert's is the best florist in Indianapolis. Their owner is a master designer and their arrangements are always of superior quality. They use the freshest flowers and of the highest quality. When I send flowers from Gilbert's my friends and family tell me how spectacular the flowers are! Gilbert's did the flowers for my daughter's wedding and shower and I have never seen a more beautiful wedding. The flowers were breathtaking!

Highly recommend! This was my first purchase and was very pleased with the customer service and the arrangement was beautiful and very reasonably priced! Had to put the original order on hold due the the circumstances and they were very accommodating and called the hospital frequently to check the status and once we were able to finalize things I had them change from a planter with fresh flowers to a fully fresh arrangement and has asked for a picture to be sent to me on my phone which they did and when I saw them in person the picture didn't do them justice. I would trust them again in a heartbeat to order over the phone!

After hearing my grandmother was admitted to the hospital, I popped in about ten minutes until closing time on a Friday night. I told them my situation and that she was scheduled for surgery the following morning. We needed something quick, unique and springy to lift her spirits and brighten up her room. I picked my flowers and they got me out in ten minutes with an arrangement, vase and a card which she thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Gilbert's for the great customer service and helping me out in a pinch! Shop local and support your small boutique florists!

Gilbert's website was really easy to use and the person received the flowers just a few hours after I submitted the order!!! The receiver sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked beautiful. I went into Gilbert’s yesterday to get an arrangement for a sick friend at St. Vincent. All of the bouquets were sold and it was late in the day but they went above and beyond. They made the most beautiful arrangement with sunflowers, hot Pink Floyd roses, and purple Delilah’s. They let my daughter and I watch them make the arrangement and both ladies were so friendly. We really enjoyed being there, very reasonably priced, and my friend loved the beautiful arrangement.

Extremely helpful! I was looking to send an arrangement to a friend in the hospital. I didn't know the room number so they called and looked it up for me. In the process of doing so, they realized I had given the wrong hospital location and switched it for me! They also held my order and called the hospital everyday until the patient was moved out of the trauma unit into a room where flowers could be delivered. This made my life so much easier knowing they were taking care of it for me! Best customer service ever!
