These ladies are AWESOME!!!! I received an email from the online website telling me that my mothers flowers would not be delivered for Mothers Day, so I called Martinsville's home town florist since I live in another state and they were very friendly and got my mom's flowers made up and I had them picked up. Thank you, ladies !!!

Ordered flowers for our grandma and requested they be delivered to her apartment since she has trouble getting around. Not only did they deliver beautiful flowers to her personally, they even helped her arrange others that were delivered. Most impressive was the lady stayed and talked to grandma for awhile and made her day. She was so happy. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. I ordered some flowers online for a funeral. It was stated that due to the seasons, not all flowers shown in the arrangements might not be available. No problem. Within 5 minutes of placing the order online, a very nice lady called me to let me know that one of the flowers in the arrangement I chose would have to be substituted. Absolutely no problem whatsoever. I did not attend this funeral service, but my husband did and he said the arrangement was huge and beautiful.

Went above & beyond! I live out of state and needed to get an arrangement delivered to a family member. I gave them a price I wanted to spend and left it up to them to work their magic and they did not disappoint! They even texted me a picture of the final arrangement and it is beautiful! Have gotten flowers there several times have always exceeded my expectations. They allow you to mix and match flowers and help you pick which flowers are in season and give close alternatives. Will use them again.

Ordered flowers for my wife. I had to go to the store for a couple of minutes when they called to verify directions and I gave them some special delivery instructions. They followed them to a tee and my wife had no idea they were here. She loved them.
