It was supposed to be Pink glads, pale pink roses, bi-color pink roses, pink Asiatic lilies lush greens in a clear glass gathering vase. This is totally not what we got. We live in the other side of Illinois so we can't just go in to argue with the company. However, if this is how they treat people that order online no matter the time then they should stop being a FTD company. What a huge disappointment in what has arrived at the funeral of my grandmother's especially since its supposed to be full of color and what arrived was mostly greenery. They should pay much closer attention to what the items are supposed to look like andnicnthey don't have that product then do everything to make it look close atleast. This makes me question weather or not I will do business with this company again or not. Again we are very not satisfied with our order from this company.

Called from SC to have flowers sent to my mom for her birthday. Told them she would be home all day so they could deliver the day of her birthday. She did not get the flowers and there was no phone call. She went outside but didn't leave the house all day. She has vm but no message left to call them when she came in house. Birthday surprise ruined on a not cheap arrangement. Not happy!!!
