Horrible! I went in with my mom earlier today to get some flowers for my high school graduation and they are RUDE. There were 3-4 ladies working this day and they were very rude and didn’t seem interested in helping my mom and i out at all. Never again will I go back here. Not till they learn how to have better customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

My children ordered Mother's Day flowers for me. We received a call at 4:30 Monday after that they could not find our house. (They had delivered here before). Woman I spoke with on the phone was very rude and acted like the non delivery was our fault for not answering the phone. We tried to call back, but they were closed. I called back at 11:00 AM Tuesday. I asked them to refund my children's card-got major attitude and was told that it would take some time to go back through records. Never was the least bit apologetic or offered any method of communication to verify money back when completed. Worst service experience I've had in a long time from any business. Gal could use a few lessons in communication skills as well. I will definitely tell my children to go a different avenue in the future .

I live in Youngstown, Ohio and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Lowell. I googled florists and saw a good review for Floraland. WOW! The person who answered the phone helped me decide on a fresh floral arrangement. I hadn't heard from my friend and got concerned so I called back later that day. They had tried to deliver earlier in the day and rather than leaving the arrangement, went back for a second attempt. They were unable to deliver, but carefully wrapped the arrangement and placed it in a spot where it couldn't be knocked over by wind or rain. Early that evening, my friend took her dog out and much to her surprise there were the flowers, unharmed! I was very impressed with the service and price!

We sent flowers to my Aunt in Lowell using Floraland. My Aunt reports the flowers were beautiful and, based on her description, I suspect that Floraland added more than what we ordered. The folks at Floraland obviously care about their clients, even those they have never met. We will most definitely use them again.

The flowers that arrived at my moms were pretty, but nothing like what I ordered. Basically, the entire bouquet was substituted, except for the vase. On top of that, I ordered a deluxe and it looks like you sent something much smaller than what was pictured online. I paid for more flowers than were sent. Still, my mother thought they were beautiful, but it would have been nice to get what was paid for...

I ordered two flower arrangements from CO for my family member in hospice and then again for a memorial service. I was extremely pleased with both arragarrange. They were full and beautiful. I appreciate the time the staff took to listen to my needs they were compassionate and they went out of their way to help me create something really special.

The flowers that were sent were beautiful but the service was unprofessional . When I order flowers I'd prefer for everything to be taken care without any further follow up. The store called me to notify me that the special instructions I left would not be done. Then the next day I received another call to tell me my card would not go through for no reason at all (there was ample credit on my card).
