Poor customer service and poor quality flowers. This shop processes orders for downtown delivery for 1800flowers. I love receiving flowers so my husband sent me 18 long-stemmed purple roses based on an arrangement he chose on the 1800flowers website for over $100. I received them midday and they looked good, although I had several that were not purple. The next day I arrived at work and all the non-purple ones had flopped over on their stems closest to the flower head. I called the # included in the card. She questioned the water level and I explained there was an adequate water level. She asked that I text pictures. I sent pics of the wilted flowers and the vase with the water level. I sent my name and the sender's name. I received no further response. As of Day 3, although I changed the water daily, I have still had to throw away 9 of 18 roses due to them drying up and collapsing. Please do not use this vendor or request another shop if ordering through 1800flowers. Your recipient will be disappointed. What should have been a lovely surprise ended up being a pain that just annoyed me and my husband. I eventually had to call 1800flowers and they refunded 50% of the cost.

I ordered an arrangement and single I Love You mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with no balloon. I called and was told it would be tomorrow to receive the balloon. I told the lady the balloon would be delivered today not tomorrow as she should have received it with the arrangement. I was told it would be about 5 p.m. and I said that was fine. About 5 p.m., a delivery person brought 2 mylar balloons that said Happy Birthday. It's not her birthday. When I called the next day, I was told since I ordered it online that's all they could do. Had I ordered it from them directly, would they have delivered the right balloon with the arrangement? This review could have been a lot different.

I walked into their shop and was very surprised wth the amount of things that they had for sale. Just about anything that you needed was there and with prices that I think are resonable. The florist gives off this vide that she actually cares which is a relief. Will go back for all my flower needs.

The flowers are lovely but that was quickly offset by the fact that the person delivering them called me and was irate because he couldn't find my work building. Once he did locate me, he stood at the receptionist desk pounding counter asking loudly if anyone was there. In fact, he was pounding his fist next the sign and phone that told him the receptionist was away but to please call a given number for help. So, if you can put up with rude delivery service, the flowers are lovely. If you want the recipient to have as lovely an experience, maybe not. Happy birthday to me.

I called my local florist, BOKAY, who had to use FTD flowers because my order was out of their delivery area -this florest was the closest location. I ordered a vase of spring flowers for my son to give to his fiance. What I got was a cheap funeral basket with a spring bow. When I wanted to refuse them, the driver became verbally outraged. "Who doesnt want flowers? " -He insisted I sign for them despite my objections and squalked all the way out of my neighborhood, calling me names and making a spectacle of himself. (Truth, this was not his fault, but he handled.it poorly anyway). My local florist at Bokay called them to make it right and correct the order and they were unprofessional to her! BOKAY made it right for me. The owner personally called me back, told me she would deliver a nice boquet as ordered free of charge, same day. If you want a professional florist, order your special something from BOKAY!

Flowers were to be delivered Friday. Tracking said they were received....However, they arrived Monday late afternoon. Wilting and the roses were dead. My son spent his hard earned money on these to surprise me and what a surprise it was. One can only guess these flowers sat somewhere all weekend and when company was notified of "no delivery", they were located and delivered in sad shape. Would not recommend this company.

Worst experience ever! Shop owner was extremely rude. The flowers my husband ordered showed up wilted. See pic. By the morning of the 3rd day, they were all dead! Shop owner kept making excuses and didn't want to make things right. Was more worried about what she'd be out by replacing flowers. Needless to say- I would NEVER order from here! My husband bought an online certificate which used this florist. After giving several attempts to make it right, they still failed to follow through. we ended up with a full refund on our order from the online store. This store refused. Horrible experience and customer service, not to mention the flowers arrived wilted and were dead by the morning of the 3rd day. Don't waste your money!

I ordered what appeared online as a large, beautiful bouquet of flowers for a dear friend’s father’s funeral services. The flowers were ordered on Sunday for services on Wednesday (plenty of notice). The flowers were delivered AFTER the funeral services were over and the quality was horrific. The bouquet was nothing like what was ordered. The “buds” were not even open and already wilted. The florist should have been ashamed to send such a pathetic arrangement to such a sad occasion. Too bad this site will not allow me to post pictures; definitely a zero star rating!!!

I wish there was something lower than 1 star. I don't know how this place is still in business. They are beyond unprofessional and rude. The order was made online and was delivered to the wrong house. When they were called to be informed of it, the woman on the phone tried to say that the order was told to them wrong over the phone, despite having proof of the ONLINE order. She was disrespectful and never once apologized for the mistake or tried to offer a solution. I had to do their job and call the person whose flowers they delivered to me and take time out of my day to find this person and give them their flowers. The arrangement looked nothing like what it was supposed to look like either... On the left is what was paid for, on the right what was received.

They were the florist who supplied the flowers ordered via fromyou flowers web site. The order was scheduled for delivery Monday a.m. for my girlfriend's birthday. They delivered the Saturday BEFORE the delivery date on Monday. Fortunately someone was at her office on a Saturday and called us. BIG mess to straighten out to get the flowers. Apparently these issues are a common event, as the delivery person exclaimed, "not my fault!" wnen she came to door. The arrangement, or lack thereof, was subpar. The number of flowers was not comensurate with the photo from the website,. Not to mention I selected the upgraded package at additional cost. There were lots of non bloomed stems in the arrangement. The flowers are already wilting badly after a short time. Next time I will give the girlfriend flowers from Kroger. The arrangement will be better, and the flowers will last longer. The fromyou people did send an apology bouquet, delivered on the correct date. It was a simple economy arrangement. I would never do business with Garden of Eden. I was going to say florists at the end but I did not find their work worthy of the word.

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary the day before and asked for them to be delivered to my work by 3:30 pm the following day. When it was an hour before I left, he told them cancel because I'll be gone by the time they deliver them. They at least refunded him. And then still delivered the flowers an hour too late and on a Friday. So now they get to sit on my desk until Monday. One star because the flowers are nice and one star because they refunded him. Other than that, I wouldn't waste your time and money. They're obviously unreliable.

My daughter used YouFlowers and they chose this florist probably based on low bid. I called and spoke to the "owner's daughter", who claimed that they were "busy and that we lived 15 miles away".....not my problem! Poor excuse! Now I see their rating is 2.7 so shame on YouFlowers.....do not use them!

Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary, through a website, that then farms out to this company. I paid extra for "expedited shipping" which guaranteed delivery by noon. They showed up at 3:15. An hour before my wife left for the day. The point is for her to have her flowers for the day, not just before she leaves. Next, since they had been in a crappy van all day, they were wilted and ugly. They came in a mason jar. not what I wanted, not what I ordered, not when they were supposed to be delivered. I demanded a full refund from the website. Just find someone else.

Dont waste your time or money. I ordered some flowers, THINKING OF YOU balloon and a teddy bear for a co worker that had lost a family member. What showed up was a thank you balloon and a monkey. Tried to get it fixed. Explained that i had to have replacements BEFORE NOON the following day (today) its 11 and i get a call that they are fresh out of what i ordered. Ergo, it hasn't even been sent out yet. $60 later, i should have gone to kroger and bought a dozwn roses and a teddy bear myself because thats exactly what im going to do now. Worst service ever.

Received flowers at work for Birthday when received petals falling off rose petals already brown on end. Called and complained they said would replace. Just so happened my son sent bouquet too so had replacement bouquet and his bouquet deliver that afternoon. Flowers still didn’t look the best but better so let as is. Two days later roses already looking brown around edges. Expect more than this in just two days. Won’t use this florist again.

This florist is the most unprofessional and incompetent florist I have ever encountered. My flowers were delivered and died in 2 days. The florist took 4 days to redeliver. They did not show up on the day they told me to expect them. Then the showed up at 4:50pm the next day after they told me they would be delivered first thing in the morning. The redelivered flowers were also dead within 2 days. They claimed that it was due to being in a poor spot. The florist did not come to check where they were placed and I frequently get flowers from other shops and have never had them die. When I called to complain they told me the owner would call me back. They did not call back. Then they chose to answer calls from my number. Highly unprofessional. I would recommend staying clear from doing business with this company at all costs! If you have to tell people you have an excellent reputation chances are you don't!

I am extremely disappointed in the flowers I received from El Jardin Del Eden. My sweet daughter decided to surprise me by sending flowers to me at work. She paid extra to have a full bouquet with extra blooms. It arrived at 5:00, NOT a full bouquet and the roses are hard, brown & crunchy around the edges. It looks like I've had it for over a week and I only just received it today. This scrawny, half dead bouquet looks like they went to the Kroger flower department and bought the week old, almost dead flower bouquet for $3. I seriously can't even believe a professional florist would deliver something like this. Don't waste your money here! Go to a reputable florist that provides a quality arrangement. If you want $3 almost dead flowers, just go to Kroger on the day they're trying to clear out the old bouquets.

Look at the photos and don't ever use this florist. I ordered online, and I gues El Jardin is the first florist in Indianapolis that grabbed the order. The lush, full bouquet is what I ordered. The one sitting on the coffee table is what I got. In the future, I'll stick with Costco. They never mis-represent their flowers.
