Had a really poor experience with attempting to order via FTD through a different florist, flowers never delivered. I then decided to call Central Florist directly, and the experience was amazing! Helped me to choose an arrangement, delivered faster than promised, and the flowers look amazing. Don't use FTP or 1-800-FLOWERS ever again, just call a local florist and get the human touch. Thanks to Cindy!

I ordered a FTD $70.00 floral arrangement. What I recieved was a $30. at best arrangement and not even one flower that was supposed to be in it even though I checked the no substitutions. Very disappointed.

Central Florists was phenomenal ! We were from out of town and looking for a florist for our mom's funeral. Our first stop was at a florist down the road....big mistake: they were rude and not helpful. We then went to Central Florists and the woman there helped us make a very difficult purchase as pleasant as can be. She also had a MUCH better variety of flowers for arrangements. They were simply gorgeous! We highly recommend Central Florists.!!!

I have used them a few times now, every time they look great and they had to sub a flower color once and i really appreciated them calling before hand and letting me know they were doing that. I thought the changes actually looked better as well. will continue to use

I live out of state and I just ordered flowers today for my sister in law who is very ill and in the hospital. My brother snapped a picture and sent me a thank you text. I must say it was a beautiful arrangement. It was delivered the same day! More importantly it brightened my sister in laws day! Thanks for the great service !!!

Horrible service. Called me night of delivery right before they were going to close and said they couldn’t find my place . That they would have to try tomorrow. If you couldn’t find the place before hand why didn’t u call an ask for directions while you were trying to deliver. My spouse called twice to see if it was delivered and they said they had till 6pm. And why would you call the recipient to is receiving the gift.

I'm in Texas, but family is in Indiana..... I can always depend on Central Florist. I absolutely love John and Cindy... they are so much help when I try to decide what to get..... Cindy went out of her way to help me find the perfect Christmas Cactus for my daughter this year... I have used them for funeral arrangements also.... I have never been unhappy with Central Florist.

Stopped in just to ask a couple questions and the woman acted like she didn't want my business. She said I would need to make an appointment because she was "just leaving". Didn't even know my questions would take less than 5 minutes.. The sign on the door was lit, yet she couldn't be bothered without an appointment. Wouldn't you have put out the closed sign if you didn't have time for a customer? Guess the grand we had to spend on flowers will be going elsewhere.
