I am so very disappointed. I ordered flowers to celebrate one year after my young daughter died. I placed my order two weeks in advance and spent quite a bit of money. The day before I was to pick them up I called and they said they made an error and didn't print my order. So they did not have the the special lillies I had ordered. I received the wrong flowers and no discount. Very upsetting!!!

I ordered via FTD from Florida for my friend in Community North hospital in Indianapolis IN. The recipient was very pleased and told me the flowers, a week later, are still holding up. And the vase is stunning. She is even going to tell her husband to use this florist for anniversaries, which was yesterday, going forward. Great job.

You had one job on Valentine's Day to get flowers to my fiance, that is on 86th Street only a mile or two from Bokay. And they couldn't even get them delivered before 5pm. There's really no excuse. I don't spend $70 on flowers and delivery on Valentine's Day for them to come the next day. Absurd.

I took a picture of a really cool looking flower I found while on vacation and was looking for a florist to help me identify it, hoping to get some for my wife as a surprise. I like to support local businesses and when I asked some friends if they knew a good florist, 2 different people recommended Bo Kay Florist, they both happened to know the owner by name and said she was great. So I stopped by one day and explained that I was hoping to identify a flower and that friends had praised Bo Kay's services, I was told by the employee, "Let me see if she is here," referring to the owner I guess. I looked around and thought how the building isn't that big and all the cars are parked right out front, but I played along to be nice. When the employee came back I was told the florist was not available. Then I called several times. Each time I was asked why I was calling and put on hold several times eventually to be told I would have to call back. On my final two contact attempts I made sure to explain the full situation, how I needed a florist to help me identify and hopefully order that flower, how I had already been by the store and now called several times. I offered to email the picture if they would just give me an email I could send it to. The last two times I called I was again put on hold, asked repeatedly why I was calling, as if they just didn't understand, and then asked me to leave my name and number so the florist could call me back. No one ever called me back.

Bokay flowers was my florist for my winter wedding 2/2/2019. By just looking at Pinterest pictures they executed decorations and bouquets that were beyond anything I could of imagined. My friends and family have talked about these flowers ever since and how much they transformed my venue into a dream. I had such a great experience with this company- 10/10 would recommend!

I purchased a "premium" Mother's Day arrangement via the FTD website for my son to present to his mother. This FTD arrangement has four levels of size/price: Good, Better, Best/Premium, and Exquisite. Bokay Florists was selected by FTD to fulfill the order. The arrangement that was produced and delivered by Bokay Florists included wilting flowers and the height/width measured smaller than the "good"/smaller version of the arrangement, as described by FTD. My son was embarrassed to present this arrangement to his mother. One day later, several flowers had wilted and many blooms were dead and dry, despite the vase still at least three-quarter full with water from the florist. Some flowers were shoved way down into the vase and could not be easily seen. A non-professional work product to say the least. The bright spot in all of this: I submitted an email to FTD Customer Service last night and received a full refund overnight. FTD stands behind their guarantee! I give five stars to FTD for their prompt, no hassle refund!

Thank You Bokay for making my dream wedding a reality! The table centerpieces were exactly what I wanted. They made a plain white tent into a beautiful place with all of the decorations they were able to provide. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous!! They were very easy to communicate with and listened to my every need. I highly recommend Bokay Florist to anyone wanting quality decorations and flowers for your wedding!

Used this florist for my wedding day and very little went as planned with them. They were late setting up the ceremony and half the set up wasn't even correct with what we had in our contract. We never got any pics with our ceremony setup because of a late setup and then obviously needing to take flowers to the reception right after. Our wedding planner had to fix the centerpieces they set up at the reception before guests arrived bc none of them were in the right place and a few of them weren't even correct with what we had in our design contract. That's not even everything that went wrong but Google limits my characters. Full review on their Facebook page.

I called my local florist, BOKAY, who had to use FTD flowers because my order was out of their delivery area -the florist El Jardin del Eden as it was the closest location. I ordered a vase of spring flowers for my son to give to his fiance. What I got was a cheap funeral basket with a spring bow. When I wanted to refuse them, the driver became verbally outraged. "Who doesnt want flowers?"- He insisted I sign for them despite my objections and squalked all the way out of my neighborhood, calling me names and making a spectacle of himself. (The floral failure was not his fault, but he handled it poorly) My local florist at Bokay called them to make it right and correct the order and they were unprofessional to her! BOKAY made it right for me and the owner personally called me back, told me she would deliver a nice boquet as ordered free of charge. If you want a professional florist, order your special something from BOKAY, ask for Bethany!

Would rather give no stars. Arrangements for my grandmothers funeral were horrible, and NOTHING like what was pictured online. One bouquet was tiny, and the other was a completely different color scheme. I DO NOT RECOMMEND trusting your order with this company.

Ordered flowers thru FTD- orange and white arrangement for a friend's b'day. They rec'd purple and yellow flowers. FTD has lost a customer because of you Bokay Florist. I got a refund from FTD-hope they strip you of being an FTD florist-awful awful awful- you totally disregard the colors and sent what YOU wanted-never again.

Ordered flowers for a program honoring our Pastor. We ordered two altar flowers totaling over $300 for both....they delivered two table top arrangements. ...bugs had eaten the leaves...and some of the flowers were almost dead... Bokay florist. ..NEVER AGAIN

This is the most horrible and unprofessional place there is. I am out of town and wanted flowers delievered for Mother's Day. I was promised they would be delievered on the Saturday before by 2pm but of course that was a lie. I tried calling multiple times only to receive no answer. I finally got through on a Tuesday days later and was told oh we tried to deliever but no one answered we will try again today ok bye. I was naturally upset and asked when would they be delievered and the response was some time today...um no they should be first on the list being they are TWO days late. The response was "I am not going to agrue with you". Very disrespectful. I cancelled my order and demanded my money back I have not received my money nor did she apologize. I was also told we don't normally call the person who is delievering them ---why wouldn't you TRY to get in contact with someone if you were REALLY attempting to deliever the flowers. I spent $127.00 I suggest NEVER going to this place YOU WILL be DISAPPOINTED!!

My favorite local florist! I recommend Bokay if you're looking for flowers for your home, a gift/arrangement for someone else, or for your event/wedding. Bokay has been dear to my heart since it is where my husband and I buy all of our flowers (from arrangements to picking out stems to make our own arrangement). We've also gotten some cute nic nacs and some succulents from Bokay. The flowers are always great quality & beautifully arranged, and the staff is so kind and warm. We hired Bokay to do our wedding, and they were so great to work with. They executed our vision beautifully!

Did they fail to make a delivery on time? Yes. Did they rectify the situation first thing in the morning by making good on their promise by delivering more than promised? Yes. You can’t expect businesses to never fail. It’s how they handle failure that counts.

My wedding flowers were amazing. I received a ton of complaints on them. The process was very smooth with them, they answered all my questions and concerns, and dealt with my MANY emails on the latest changes I wanted or the new thing I found on Pinterest. haha. Flowers were very important to me but I did not want to spend thousands on them. Bokay was very affordable, and I never felt pressured to add or buy. My flowers were to die for. Thank you! ❤️

I ordered a bouquet for my wedding which I wanted the flowers to flow down from the main bouquet. Bokay quoted me the bouquet at $170 and I was able to pick out all my flowers which I loved. Unfortunately, I received the bouquet and it was nothing like the picture I had presented to them. For $170, I had a few measly vines extending from the main flower bouquet. The flowers only lasted 3 days. I was so disappointed that I paid $170 for such mediocre result. I was hoping to return to Bokay for my sister's flowers for her wedding, but after the result of my bouquet, I will definitely not go back to Bokay for my sisters wedding coming up.

We used bokay for our wedding and couldn't be happier. The flowers were great, arrived on time, the delivery lady even took the time to put them in the sanctuary (something I was told we would need to do) and we got a lot of compliments from our guests on the floral. Thank you Bo Kay!

I ordered flowers for our Admin to be delivered on Admin's Professional Day. They arrived at the end of the day, even though I ordered more than a week in advance and requested a morning delivery. Once the flowers finally arrived, I was embarrassed to have given these to our Admin! I paid over $100 Dollars for this "best quality" arrangement and they did not look at all like the picture. The bouquet looks as though someone sat on it, the flowers were already browning, and it looked as though random flowers were just thrown in a vase. I emailed the florist to see if they could provide another bouquet that was the quality I paid for, and I still have not received a response. Very disappointed, I would not use Bokay Florist again and I plan to spread the word to my company, my family, and my friends. ***UPDATE 5/3/2016*** I spoke with their store manager, Stephanie, who was super apologetic about the quality of their bouquet. She is providing me with another delivered bouquet for our admin at no charge. I am extremely grateful that they are willing to own up to their mistake and fix it! 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction!

Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. Received confirmation email that the order had processed but much to my surprise she never received them. Tried to call multiple times on the 14th to check on the status but no one answered and my voicemail messages went unanswered. Called back the day after Valentines Day, and didn't received an apology. I would avoid this place as they obviously don't know how to run a business.

So my husband thought it would be nice to deliver flowers to my job at Castleton mall they delivered it to the wrong location and took them to Glendale then the next day they delivered it to the right job but i wasn't there so they just gave it to one of my co workers. The flowers were pretty much dead when i got them truly disappointing because when you pay $100 for flowers you would hope for good service, I think we will be sticking to flowers from Kroger they last a lot longer and a lot cheaper!

Received the badic arrangement instead of the upgrade, unbelievable how tiny this arrangement is for the most expensive. 6 flowers and some greenery for $70+ dollars. Pitiful. Not to mention my name was misspelled on the card
