Wow! Talk about service! I currently live in Houston (but grew up in Peru), and found this florist on Google. Took a chance on them since my normal florist was already closed for the day. I called at 1:30pm on a Saturday and asked if they could deliver flowers to St Jo's before they closed at 3pm. And they did! My friend called me to let me know that the flowers got to the hospital before her brother could drive from Peru. I'm very happy! And the flowers were beautiful! Thank you so much!

I ordered a bouquet using the Shirley & Stout funeral home website, not knowing they would come from Banner House. The description was basically "decorators choice" so I felt I was taking a risk not knowing the florist or choosing the look at all. I was NOT disappointed. They are beautiful and tasteful. My daughters ordered out of state for funeral as they could not attend. The daughter who ordered told me previous to services that their flowers were white and elegant When trying to find their flowers, I could not. Not a bad arrangement, but terrible for funeral. Looked like Octoberfest and needed pumpkins to complete the look. The flowers were not remotely close to what was ordered. The shop made it right, but I felt like I didnt give the visitation the attention it deserved trying to help my daughters get what they ecpected and paid for. No one needs to deal with this at a funeral.
