We deliver to the entire county, and we are close to all hospitals & funeral homes. Color me disappointed. I ordered online under 'spring flowers' the Teleflora Delicate Heart bouquet and upgraded to 'premium' for 99.95. When it arrived it looked very much like the standard 79.95 selection. I expected more, frankly. Jeffrey Condon

They created the casket spread for my Mammaw's funeral. They were very helpful with forming the "pink roses" guideline that Mammaw left in the mid 80's on what she wanted into something tangible. Mom and I, and the lady kinda ran with it. We were very satisfied and I believe Mammaw would've loved it. Thanks girls!

Very Professional! It was really easy using their online site. Was even able to use messenger to ask a question. Prices were reasonable/comparable to other flower shops. They delivered within a couple of hours of ordering. I was impressed with how good the flowers looked. Overall it was a routine process, which means everything went perfect. If I ever have to have flowers delivered again, it's good to know the best is right here in town.

I ordered flowers after hours for next day delivery for a friend who had just had surgery based on a photo from the internet. Julie from Bailey's contacted me because on that particular day, they didn't have all of the colors pictured. We went back and forth about what she had available that day and what would be best, and she was so kind and accommodating throughout. She ended up creating a beautiful arrangement that my friend was really happy with. She went the extra mile, and it made such a difference!

I ordered my mom this beautiful bouquet for her birthday. I ordered it online. l wanted it to be ready in time. I live out of town. I didn't want them to be stressed with late order that had to be delivered the next day. So I ordered it and they delivered it the next day, a week before the date I specified! When I tried to contact them, the phone rang once and then it since like a phone in a pocket then they hung up. No voice mail, no email to contact them. Is this how they conduct their business?! I've always went to Bailey's for my flowers. I spent over $75 for those flowers and they can't even give me a voice mail or a message saying they can't answer the phone?! I have no way to contact them. I've called four times. I won't be buying flowers there again. The flowers were very pretty and my mom loved them, but I'm not impressed.
