I am a first time constomer and I spent over $80 on Valentines Day for my wife and was dissapointed. I ordered a delux package and didnt get it, some of the flowers were brown and dead. For the price I could of went back to Mcnamera and had better quality of flowers for the same price. Thanks for making me look stupid on this special for my wife . Not next year

Avon Florist is one of my preferred vendors at Avon Wedding Barn because they do an excellent job and are so very nice to deal with. I have had them for 4 years without one poor quality arrangement. They are creative and serve with excellence! Brides are happy with their work! I appreciate them!

The Avon Florist just did the florals for my wedding, and everything was so beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. The staff was so helpful with my questions and changes, even the week before. I would definitely recommend them. The only negative comment would be that I didn't see them at all the day of which resulted in a little difficulty about where the different arrangements were.

The most, arrogant and rude folks I've had an opportunity to work with! I had a death in my family, the woman at the counter acted as if it was just to much trouble to assist me!! My family has used this shop for nearly 20 years!! Quality services are not their top priority!! Folks of Avon, you would be better served going somewhere else!!! I’ve been in there a few times with my girlfriend (holding hands). We weren’t discriminated against for being lesbian. We got the same treatment as everyone else that was in there. I’ve had 2 other gay friends get flowers there. They weren’t treated any different either. I think one incident that we don’t have the whole truth on shouldn’t be held against them. I’m sure there was a good reason for the denial of service. If the couple was asking to much to soon for them to provide at that time then they can’t provide the service.

Ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I looked at arrangements on their website and then called and told them which one I liked. I picked them up the next day and was extremely disappointed. The flowers were very sparse and some of them were already browning and wilting. Another thing I was upset about is that they didn't do a full 360° arrangement, meaning you couldn't sit the arrangement in the center of a table and it look nice from any viewing angle. It had a back (which was ask of the greens and stems) and a front with the few and poor quality flowers. I've never ordered flowers from any florist (and I've ordered a lot) and has them only arrange half the the bouquet.

So Dissatisfied!!!! To many Florist to choose from to order from here. Ordered flowers for my Granddaughters Birthday wilted brown absolutely horrible. Ordered a balloon as well and it wasn't even delivered. When I called to complain it was a none caring aditute. Never again!!!!!!

Unlike the bad reviews that are based off of what one person claims to be the gospel truth, I'll give a review based off of actual service and products. We've purchased several floral arrangements from Avon Florist. Their customer service has always been steller. They take the time to listen to what you're looking for and offer suggestions and advice based on their knowledge. The arrangements have always been beautiful. It is horrible that people are so hateful towards this business for standing firm in their Christian faith. You wouldn't to go into a Muslim restaurant and order pork and expect service, why should the standards for a Christian based business be any different? A restaurant serves food. A florist creates floral arrangements. Both reserve the right to refuse service if what the customer is asking violates the owners personal beliefs. The Supreme Court recently ruled on just this and these bogus reviews are a witch hunt designed to destroy a business for refusing a service that violated their beliefs. These reviews are not based on actual customer service to each of the people giving the reviews, rather based on what one individual claims to be true.

I called in yesterday to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend and told them her favorite colors and they made up a great arrangement. Delivered the same day. Very friendly and efficent. I will absolutely use them again.

This place did an excellent job, I called last minute and gave them a very vague description of what I wanted and they did amazing. I was more than satisfied, friendly and reasonably priced and same day delivery. I live out of state and they made it so easy for me. I will definitely use them again.
