I ordered flowers on 3/25 for my mother's birthday on 3/26 and chose a bouquet that was one of the cheapest (around $35). I also asked to deliver it if possible, before 2 pm EST or after 5 PM EST. They delivered it, and they came out beautiful! I ordered "The FTD Orange Escape Bouquet" and the pictures my mother sent back to me were so bright and beautiful. The actual flowers came out to be very much like what was advertised. The pricing was a little bit more than I was hoping-all in all, a bouqet that cost $35 ended up costing $50 including everything. The bouquet I chose was one of the cheapest, and still was somewhat pricey at $35. Overall, had a great experience with them though and would recommend to a friend!

Prices are a little high however the quality of flowers and the arrangement they do ranks among the best. They do great with flowers for weddings, funerals, or just simply when you want some sent to your wife or gf... very nice staff.

It was great! I wanted something small and inexpensive for my sister whom just had surgery. They made a small bouquet of flowers and get well balloon. Now mind you I had to pick it up and deliver it myself as to do that is costly. I wanted delivery because I am sick and didn't want to get my sister sick or pick up something from the hospital. I do wish they were more reasonable on there cost and delivery cost though.

My husband ordered flowers for a New baby. Exactly, he ordered the The FTD® Baby Boy Big Hug™ Bouquet. We both were really disappointed with the flowers because they called us for change the jar, but they didn't only change it, they changed the flowers too. The result looked like a cheap funeral bouquet. What a shame and waste of money. Walmart sells prettier and affordable flowers.

VERY Helpful for a long distance order by phone. I am very picky and had specific idea for what I wanted to send for a celebration of life to be held at a family member's residence. Anita and the design staff were so helpful in listening and accommodating my slightly off beat, but tasteful request. They even accepted my special request as to cards for the arrangements. I always search for a florist nearby and contact them directly when buying flowers for out of town occasions. I also always check Google reviews before committing to a florist. Armstrong Florists were very professional and friendly.

When I called to order flowers for our Uncles funeral, she was very professional, even repeated everything back to me to ensure it was correct. I asked if she would take a picture of the arrangement and text it to us since we were traveling and unable to attend the funeral. She said yes, took the phone number and repeated all of that back too. Would have given 5 stars but they never texted the photo. Some places won’t do it and I understand that, but if you say you will, then you should. Update: They did send the photo and apologized for not sending it before the delivery. I would order from them again!!

Found this shop on Google, and saw 3 positive reviews. Called them from out of town to send flowers to a friend in the hospital. They were professional and courteous. Completed the order, before sending the flowers, they checked the hospital to make sure my friend was still there. My friend had been released, so they called me back to inform me and allow me to provide an alternate address. Very smooth and positive experience.

Ordered an arangement online and called later to verify delivery in which i was assured they would be on time before my wife left work. That was a lie. Called back to let them know the delivery was late, they asked a couple people and told me I would get a call back the next day about the problem. That was a lie. Later i receive an email from the owner stating she had spoken with everyone that worked there at the time and claimed no one ever spoke with me. So i guess i was lying, would be more than happy to send a copy of the phone record. A week goes by with no other contact than an email so I call back to talk with someone. I speak with the owner and am told they will give me a refund. Guess to them a $9 refund is good enough for being late and flowers wilting by the time my wife got them. I will never do business with them ever again.
