Ordered flowers for a co-worker and friend in Indiana. I'm from IL. The delivery guy took the flowers to the neighbors house because she wasn't home. Tagged my co-workers house that her flowers were at the neighbors. I called to talk to the delivery guy and he was VERY rude and unapologetic. I explained to him that my friend and co-worker was in the hospital and I'm not sure how mobile she is. But his answer to this was - well isn't there someone in her house that can pick them up for her. Seriously! He said this is a common practice. To me this doesn't seem like the reason you have flowers delivered to someone.

Avoid this place... My wife just sent me a photo of what she received and the flowers weren't even in the same ballpark as to what was ordered... poor looking flowers and not anywhere near the number of flowers depicted into eh photo. I had upgraded to "premium" to get the nice full bouquet... the lady I spoke with just said that they "doctor" the photos and they do not really depict the true bouquet. She just said it had been filled to prescription for that bouquet and wouldn't do anything for me. So we are left with a garbage bouquet of flowers with her openly saying that the photos don't actually reflect what you're buying. Obviously this was very frustrating and I'm hopeful now that others check these reviews and believe them. Poor flowers, inaccurate photos, and poor customer service was my own personal experience with them

I was getting ready to order flowers for Valentine's day when I noticed the low overall review for this company. After reading all the reviews I have decided NOT to do business here ! This many negative reviews is speaking loudly of the company and I LISTEN. Would be different if the company posted how they made things right by each negative review. Adrienes, get your act together, raise your rating and I will be happy to come back and do business with you again.

Adrienne's did my wedding flowers and they were amazing! They were fresh and vibrant and exactly as I had pictured them! Stephen was an awesome, quirky, and fun guy to work with and he always had our best interests at heart. We went back with several changes and thoughts several times and he always accommodated them and worked to make our wedding day flowers the best they could possibly be! Thanks to Adrienne's we had amazing bouquets, boutonnieres, and decorations for our wedding day! I will use them for all of my flower needs in the future.

Don't even know where to start 3 things went wrong. Valentine's day I had them deliver an arrangement to my boyfriend to his job (a Bank) 1 they charged my card twice 2 the delivery guy called my boyfriend telling him he had an arrangement and needed a landmark because he had no idea where to go when I had clearly stated it was a business location (SO MUCH FOR A SURPRISE) he could have called me but he called him instead. 3 I paid extra for the biggest arrangment, saw it in person and it looked nothing like the original I would understand if they ran out of flowers but it didn't even have the right flowers nor the right amount. I didn't even order a typical Valentine's day one so I doubt they ran out of what I wanted. Needless to say highly HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Won't be back

I received a bouquet of tulips from Adrienes. They were purchased by my husband via the website. When I received them they were very poor looking, all droopy and just sad. Horrible arrangement, really. I called my husband who called the Adrienes immediately and they said, "They'll perk up with some water. Try putting some ice in the water." Hours later, nothing. They still are saggy. He called the store back again after I told him that there were only 8 tulips. There were supposed to be 13!!! They were supposed to be red/pink and these are red purple and yellow. When he called back they requested that I bring them in to the store and they would replace them? HORRIBLE customer service. Manager even cursed on the telephone. Will NEVER purchase from this place again.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for her Birthday through FTD. I live in California, she is in Indianapolis. They were to be sent via Adriene's in Noblesville. FIRST COMPLAINT: They sent me a message saying the flowers had been delivered when IN FACT THEY HAD NOT. SECOND COMPLAINT: The driver contacted my girlfriend to confirm her address. THIRD COMPLAINT: NO FLOWERS DELIVERED. I am not sure what kind of business you are running but I feel 100% scammed by Adriene's. I would advise ANYONE reading this review to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I will also not recommend FTD to anyone ever again as they use this pathetic excuse of a florist. This didn't just aggravate me by making me have to call and see why it said delivered when they weren't, but it ended up making me angry when I just tried to do something nice for someone and Adriene's dropped the ball BIG TIME. Again, don't waste your time or money here... MAJOR FAIL.

My dad, who is a very classy man, ordered an expensive gift basket for me and my family for Christmas. I know his style very well as he has sent many corporate gift baskets to clients he had all over the world. So I was horrified when I opened the contents of our basket to find cheap gifts and contents, most with prices on them or obviously from the dollar store. There were rice crispy squares and special k bars, lance 'toast chee' crackers with peanut butter, all in lunch bag packaging, Halloween mini-sized cheap chocolates, and dried cranberries in a bag labelled $1. The beverage was Welch's sparkling grape juice. There was a nice small cookie jar and very small candle holder, and ten pieces of decent looking fruit. I'm not sure what the overhead is but I know my dad got fleeced yet I haven't told my dad about it because I know he would get upset. I know this is Noblesville, but really??!! Let's get a little with the times and figure out what a classy basket looks like. Familiarize yourselves with higher end products and don't be cheap because that will come back to bite you. I know I'll never order through Adrienne's ever again and I will let my sister suggest to our dad other places to order through.

I ordered funeral flowers and wanted the ones on the internet. I raised the amount for more roses to be added to the flowers. I asked for them not to put the pink roses in because he was a Great Man in your area of Noblesville. It was 85.00 dollars and I decided to attend the funeral to find this arrangement so ugly and no roses. I thought they sent someone elses flowers. Everyone took flowers but, left them and this shows you how ugly they were. Instead of roses they had placed a big white snowball flower in the middle along (now remember) I requested no pinks. The Gerber Dasies were purple/pink and there were only 4. They said they were rushed that day but, I had ordered a week ahead. I have never sent flowers like this before, I am known for my flowers and how beautiful they were. Not this time. I will never order from them again. Poor business even though you returned $32.00 on this order. I am still upset.

Friendly owner waited on me. The order was for a funeral of the Westfield Woman's Club, which sends a carnation to members.. He made the best arrangement of flowers we ever had. Definately use again.

I should have read the reviews myself. I ordered flowers for a friend because I am not from the area I wasn't familiar with the local businesses. Very disappointed. Paid for the premium package that looked amazing and received a bald flower arrangement.

I ordered flowers from FTD and saw them last night at my friend's grandmother's showing...and they were embarrassing! Puny arrangement - half empty vase, wilted to near dying flowers. It was the worst display I have ever seen. This florist should be embarrassed to have even dropped them off. Never again!

Anniversary bouquet not delivered--very disorganized service. I placed an order for anniversary flowers to be sent to my partner today. After not getting a "yay flowers!" text from her all day, I began to wonder, so I called the shop. They had the flowers scheduled for the wrong day. It was really unfortunate--hard to make up for that. The person I spoke to was apologetic, but the mistake was a big one, and caused a lot of disappointment. They seem very disorganized.

Flowers were ordered well before Mother's Day. They were delivered the day AFTER Mother's Day. Customer was upset and his mom thought she had been forgotten. Adrienne's did nothing to contact the customer that the flowers would not arrive on time. And sent the WRONG flowers. Way to screw up, Adrienne's.

This is so sad.I've used this florist on several occasions,the last couple wasn't perfect but not horrible.This week I lost my life long friend adopted sister.I called for flowers to be delivered.The day of the service they still wasn't there I called said they had trouble with the people they use there.They called someone else who hastily threw together a nothing plant with three horrific huge daisy type flowers stuck in it.It arrived right before service.I was so embarrassed,if rather had the nothing than this.I paid quite a bit to be totally mortified.will never call here again will advise others to use anyone else.If it been in my right mind I'd chosen more wisely based on the last experience here.I hate this because I support local businesses.not here ever.

An Adriene’s Flowers driver was continually tailing my car, although I was driving 5 above the speed limit (which is about typical for the roads we were on.) If this reflects anything of their customer service, then no thank you! Everyone has places to be and deadlines to meet.

This is sad to me. I ordered the orange arrangements for my boyfriends mom as a thank you and should have listened to the reviews. It looked nothing like the pictures and had maybe two orange flowers in it and was poorly arranged. His mom is such a sweetheart and said she liked them but it's not what I paid for. I'm deployed right now so it's a pain having to order everything online and expect it to come out right. I even called this place and told them I didn't receive my email about my order to track and have a receipt. She said she would send another one and I still have not gotten it. Usually I'm all for local business but I will never support this one again. First and last time. Wish I could upload the picture of what I got and what I paid for.

As a local guide I think its important owners take responsibility for their negative reviews. We are in a technology driven world now. And these reviews will impact your business. Ordered what was to be a beautiful arrangement in purple for my mom for Mother's Day titled Radiant. They were delivered this morning and look like daisies from the supermarket with a couple big, some kind of flower stuck in. Plus, it wasn't purple - it was pinkish-lavender. My mom was very sweet and said she liked her flowers - but I don't and I ordered and paid for them and didn't get anything near what I ordered. Ugly. I should have been able to trust my own neighborhood florist to make as close to the arrangement as possible - this didn't even come close!
