I ordered a small arrangement and was told by a gentleman what it would contain, he mentioned there would be a couple of roses included and to my surprise when my daughter sent me a picture of it, no roses at all. Sort of disappointed ! I left a question on there web site and waited and waited for a response but never heard back from anyone.

What a Wonderful florist in every regard. I ordered a floral, funeral arrangement a few days ago and was helped by Mary Lou. She went above and beyond to be kind, considerate, understanding and very proactive in helping me. To make things even better, the floral arrangement, attached poem, ribbon and Navy seal were incredibly beautiful. It brought tears of joy for me during a difficult time. For the past 3 years I have contacted The Flower Loft to design and deliver arrangements to 2 family gravesites in the Abraham Lincoln National cemetery, on the day that I travel across the country to visit the graves. The arrangements are always amazing!! They do a fantastic job!! I will keep contacting them in the future.

This is an ACTUAL FLORIST and isn't a company out sourcing flowers from another part of the country or globe! Such a beautiful store; lovely employees and friendly talented floral artisans! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Even when I have to send flowers out of town, they will work with their network of real florists to ensure I always get exactly what I pay for, and am taken care of in the greatest of care! I LOVE THE FLOWER LOFT!!!
