Finishing Touch did a beautiful job on my daughter's flowers for her wedding. From her flower crown to her bouquet, they looked beautiful the entire day into the day after. Thank you for the love you put in to the work you do!

This arrangement cost nearly $200 dollars. This is their premium arrangement. Buyers beware. I was told by someone at the store that the photo was taken by a bad angle. Really folks.....saw them in person they look like this from every angle

We used Finishing Touch Florist for our wedding and could not be more pleased. Holly was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The flowers turned out perfect and we got lots of compliments from our guests. Delivery was on time and everything looked great. We could not be more pleased with our experience.

This place is a place to shop. Not many moms and paps place like this any more. I ask if I can place a order a week in advice. Exactly a week a later they called back letting me now my order is ready for pick just as requested. Now that excellent customer service. I felt as valued customer.

No matter who is taking the order (Stacey or Holly), I know it's going to turn out beautiful. Can't ask for better customer service, told them a preference one time, and they always remember. I have never waited for an order, always on time as well. Came in town to visit my family and wanted something unique and special to cheer up my mom. The young lady I spoke to said she could fix me anything I needed. She said she was the fourth generation of florists in her family and was very helpful. She added flowers to a live plant arrangement and matched a bow and it was gorgeous. My mom really loved it, thank you.

Not Good. First it was apparent that I was placing my order with a remote call center and not local florist. Second the depictions of what I ordered, thought I ordered, were nothing like what was delivered. What was delivered was very poor, I could have done better buying an arrangement at the local supermarket. Got me once but never again!!

Ordered based on pic from website. Was given option of $55, $65 or $75 price. Picked the $55 price and Expected same quality of bouquet pictured but smaller. Although very friendly staff, no compensation or refund offered. I let them know of my disappointment and that price I paid did not reflect product I received and was not what was pictured at all on website. Would not order from Finishing Touch again. Major disappointment.
