This is the second time I have ordered from Kikos and both times they have exceeded my hopes for a long distance delivered item. I live in NC and have had poor experiences elsewhere because I have an out of town address. Other flowers that were delivered in other locations were not as shown. Both times I have used Kikos the flowers exceeded the photos in beauty and fullness in the bouquet. The flowers are fresh and long lasting. Delivered right on time and in great condition (both deliveries so far have been during the winter months). Further I have gotten immediate email responses to my questions and comments. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my Park Ridge family. Thank you Kikos

I have been coming to Kiko's Flowers for many years and have never been disappointed. Their arrangements are always beautiful and the flowers are fresh and last a very long time. I recently made an unusual request for some flowers on short notice for a special occasion and they were perfect!! .... Much more than I had hoped for. I no longer live in the area but I drive to their shop because I can always count on their arrangements to deliver the ohs and ahs of delight. Thank you !

Stylish arrangement with unique flowers and delivered with exceptional service. These guys are fantastic. For years I went with the big national companies to deliver flowers to my family and friends back in Chicago. I'm so glad I found a local florist. Their service is so much better, the quality is leaps and bounds better, the prices are better and the web interface and ordering is easy and intuitive. This place is a gem.

I would like to say the customer service is top notch here. Very friendly staff and great communication skills. I ordered the Premium set in which the arrangement looked very full. It was for my mother's birthday/retirement. The delivery took place around 2:15PM. One thing I would people to keep in mind is that the arrangement may not possibly look the same as portrayed on the website. It's just a floral shop thing. Not necessarily this one just all in general. Anyways- The only thing that mattered to me was the recipient reaction. My mom just loved them. So much to the point where she said they were her favorite flowers ever in her life. And she's 68 years old- lots of flower history there. Super pleased with my experience - Would I recommend them? Heck yeah I would..

Used to be Our Favorite Florist. Note the "used to be." I don't know if it's changed hands or if it's the new person taking the order that ignores the requests but the last 2 orders have been awful. Each time, I ordered something light and bright asking for pinks, purples, and yellows. Both times I got dark. I believe it was last March, I called needing some brightness in my day what with all the winter dullness. One of the bouquets I got was filled with dull grass flower heads. Dull. The other was equally lifeless. The one I just ordered for a hospitalized friend, is dark mauve.. I always say the same thing -- Light and airy, bright colors. After two strikes with 3 arrangements, I'm switching to Pesche's. Light and bright ordinary is better than creative dullness. and someone who doesn't listen..

I'm giving three stars because we have had good experiences with Kiko's in the past but the last 3 orders were messed up. Two were delivered pretty late in the day and one was not delivered at all! We will be switching florists.
