I am absolutely in love with this store! they have amazing flowers and flower arrangements with a HUGE selection of plants and soil etc.. Staff is nice and friendly and always busy, not just sitting around gossiping or doing nothing. I highly suggest and suggest following them on facebook as well for upcoming displays and arrangements. They put their heart and soul into this store and it shows. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1000%

The florist Annie is absolutely wonderful! I told her what I was looking for and she put together a beautiful arrangement. The flowers are great quality here and on top of that, the process was quick and easy. Great customer service and a great place to go for roses!

Flowers are always beautiful. Delivery man is a great guy. Today for the second time in the last three years, I called to express my disappointment because the arrangement was not what I had specifically asked for and told I could get.The designer I spoke with was very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. She was loud & argumentative. After ordering for the past 18 years and getting the perfect arrangement for 16 of those years for our school functions I find it sad that they employ a designer with a nasty personality. She should never be allowed to talk to the customers. Her arrogance and complete lack of PR is shocking and bad for business.

Open on Sundays :) Great service, they were able to make a bouquet with a 30 minute lead time, however this is what a $40 bouquet gets you.

Because I'm not an expert at ordering flowers, it was nice to walk in to a place that had one available. From the time I walked in until the moment the beautiful flowers were delivered at my mother-in-law's memorial, the staff at Saunoris was second to none. They helped me pick out the perfect arrangements, schedule delivery, and even called me twice to make sure the arrangement would be exactly what I wanted when a specific flower wasn't available. You might say that this is the job of a florist to perform these duties, and you would be correct. But Saunoris went above and beyond what I have experienced in the past with florists.

CAME INTO YOUR STORE FEB 14TH , LOOKING TO PURCHASE SEVERAL FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER. WAS GREETED BY THE SO CALLED STORE MANAGER. AS I EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT I WANTED SHE KEPT INSISTING SHE WOULD DO A DESIGNERS CHOICE . I PURCHASED A DOZEN ROSES EACH FOR MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THE FLOWER SELECTION SHE GAVE ME ALONG WITH THE ATTITUDE . I STILL PURCHASED FLOWERS. LET ME SAY JEWEL DOES A BETTER ARRANGEMENT THEN DESIGNERS CHOICE. THE SO CALLED DESIGNERS CHOICE BY THE DESIGN MANAGER ONLY LASTED 2 DAYS . ONCE AGAIN SOMETIMES IT BEST TO PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM A GROCERY STORE AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING FOR THE AMOUNT. RATHER THEN BE TAKEN FOR A FOOL. I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR OTHER FLOWERS CAME ACROSS THIS SITE AGAIN . I WILL PASS IT BYE .
