BUYER BEWARE- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spent $80 on a "Premium" bouquet and what my addressee received was an incorrect cheap $10 bouquet I could have had picked up from Walmart! After emailing the customer service email. They stated that a substitution had to be made due to high demand of flowers and it was at equal or greater value of my purchased flowers, In which, it was not! VERY disappointed and WILL NEVER order from this scam of a flower company again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a $70 order on May 10th... They took the money out of my account but I never got a confirmation or tracking number. I tried emailing the company when my mother in law didn't get her flowers... No response. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I made another attempt and when I finally got ahold of someone they gave me a $13 refund and promised she would get her flowers the next day. Over a week went by... Nothing. It's now been over a month and I'm still fighting to get my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Worst online flower experience. I paid a lot to have flowers delivered to my best friend. They have a fair base price but at check out add lots of extra charges for delivery before 12 noon or same day. I ordered a very nice arrangement (over $75) and it was not delivered. There was an attempt at 5:15pm ( delivery between 9-6) It was a beautiful day, over 70 degrees, they didn't leave the flowers or attempt to call the recipient. When I tried to track the order the order number didn't work online. When I called it took me 3 calls (the first two I was disconnected after 12 minutes of holding.) All in all a terrible experience and I'd call anyone besides this group.

Very disappointed and don’t recommend purchasing flowers through them!! I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a dear friends birthday. They were not at all what I ordered. I realize that they won’t look exactly alike but this was ridiculous!!! I won’t ever purchase through this company again.

I placed a same day order for a yellow lily and purple iris bouquet in a milk jug vase I received a white lily with no iris in a clear glass vase. Customer service said they would give me 20% back, I told them what about the other 80% since you sent me something I didn't order. Why bother having specific Arrangements if you are not going to send them. Will not be using them and don't suggest anybody else does again.

The flowers I sent arruved on time and were beautiful. There was a misunderstanding, on my part, about the face vase and how it worked. When I contacted customer service I got a prompt and satisfactory reply. They gave me a $10 gift card and I love seeing a busness that tries to build good will. I will use them again

I wish I would have read these reviews. My fault for thinking a flower shop could deliver flowers. Extremely disappointed, hurt and embarrassed. Flowers were for a funeral! They did not get delivered the day of he funeral. They asked for rerouting to the family.... did not happen. It is 4:00 the next day....... How hard can it be. I cringe to think how these flowers will look if and when they get delivered. Just horrible! Just give me a refund!

I placed an order on Wednesday this week for flowers to be delivered to my wife. I chose one day delivery and it stated that it would be delivered by 5pm. They close at 5pm so that is perfect I thought, come 4:55 pm I did not receive an email that they were delivered. I called and they stated that they were not able to deliver and that they would try again the next morning. I clearly stated that she would not be at that location on Thursday but she would be at a different location and i gave them the address. They stated that they would have them delivered as soon as possible. Im good at giving second chances so i figured hey why not it will be fine even though my wife was having a hard day and Wednesday and thats why i ordered them for Wednesday. By this point i was frustrated because with all the time on the phone and the chat i could have taken them myself to her. Thats why i order flowers is so that i dont have to mess around with delivering and its a convince factor. On Thursday they were delivered to the wrong address when i clearly gave them the right one over the phone. (She wont be at that location until next week Wednesday) So i called and they said they would get the flowers to the correct address this time and they would be there by 3pm before she leaves. At 2:55 i received a call that the address was out of the florist driving area. So they rescheduled for today with a local florist in the area to have them delivered three days after i wanted them delivered! As of 3pm on Friday i got a call that they did not have time to deliver. I will NEVER do business with this joke of a company again! 4 delivery attempts over 3 days and the flowers never made it out of the door of the florist, seriously disappointing ......

My flowers were never delivered, and they could only say sorry. My spouses birthday flowers not showing up on her birthday was of no concern to them. Spend $100 on a bouquet and they say they will give me a $20 coupon for my next order. There will be no next order. Shop somewhere else if you want your flowers delivered on time.

Terrible customer service! Supervisors as well as the customer service reps. They are rude and disrespectful and I will absolutely not ever use their company ever again! Every rep and supervisor I spoke to had a different answer to my question, and argued over me when I was clearly correct. They overcharge for shipping for each bouquet $14.99 each as a SERVICE CHARGE even when it’s all going to one place and then when they miss the delivery date, they make up a lie/excuse as to why it’s late. They can keep their measly gift certificate and their unusable order credits. They are a waste of a flower company! Please, order your flower arrangements from somewhere else!!!

I have never been so disappointed! I ordered flowers for my daughter three days before her birthday. When the day came ups said the flowers shipped and should be delivered @ a certain time. My daughter waited the entire day and no flowers arrived!!! I could not believe it! They did refund me the money but that is not what I wanted! I guess I was ignorant to even try to order from this company after last year's nightmare!!! 2-orders were NOT delivered on the date I PAID for, the flowers are just nasty ugly. Such a HUGE embarrassment when the flower arrangements were supposed to be filled with love...NOT dead flowers, NOT delivered when promised...guess little to no chance of recovering all of the EXTRA MONEY I spent for a speedy delivery!!! Absolutely the WORST "Customer Service" or should I say LACK OF ANY signs that they even CARED they took HOURS of my time trying to fix THEIR mistakes. Still waiting for a delivery...and...just NOW received an email that they "were unable to deliver today so the NEW delivery date will be tomorrow, 02-15-19." NOTHING about a refund for the "speedy delivery". WT?!? HEY! Just go out and mow your lawn, throw the cuttings in a vase and there's a perfect example of the arrangement you'll receive. You pay for expedited service and you get nothing couldn't get them to give me the name of the florist so I could ream them out and its supposed to be a local shop needed them there by noon and now they're saying by 3:30 so completely unacceptable. I blame myself for being in a hurry and not looking at the reviews wouldn't even give the 1 star but it won't let you post a review if you don't. I can only hope that the arrangement is half way decent so this order was NEVER delivered demanded a refund how are are they still in business

So disappointed. Delivery was right before 5, if I scheduled this 3 days in advance there’s no reason for it to be delivered at the end of the day. The arrangement was $60 but SO small. I chose the middle option so it’d be fuller and it’s ridiculous how small it is. I suggest using a local florist where you’ll pay the same price for better quality. Won’t be using this service ever again. Wish I could get my money back.

I paid for a same day delivery which didn't arrive the day i requested. Im now 2 days in and nobody could tell me where my order is? I asked to speak to a supervisor. She wouldn't get on the phone with me, said she'll have to call me back tomorrow. Unbelievable. I'll never order from them again!

I ordered a balloon bouquet which was delivered to my job a day and a half after I placed the order . Once the balloons arrived at my job, they were old and not inflated. I've spoken with serveral customer service representatives who place you on hold to check the status of the order and hang up before coming back on...... Terrible Service!!

I would not choose this place. I paid for flowers to be sent to my sisters house in sympathy because she just had to put 2 of her dogs down that were her babies. I wanted something special. You have to pay extra to have the flowers delivered with in 4 hours of ordering, the company called me 10 mins before the 4 hours were up to tell me that they will not be delivering them bc of location..why advertise that you can deliver to the location that I was wanting it taken to? On top of that it takes 1-3 business days before your money is refunded, what a worthless joke this place is. I will never use them again. I do not recommend this place!!

Terrible experience... 1 star is 1 more than deserved. The flowers were never delivered after paying for a specific delivery day. I followed up on 4 seporate occasions over 2 days only to be continuously told that they were on route. The call center could only deliver a scripted response and did not show any regret which tells me this is a regular experience. Do not use them!!!!

So we order a bouquet with some balloons. The status said it was delivered. When I call the person to see if they recieved it they said no so I called back to check why it wasn't delivered. They said it was given to the neighbor. I have been on the phone with them now for the second time trying to get my refund. Not only did the Rep rosie have an attitude but she has had me in hold for 15 mins now! Never again worst customer service ever!!!!

I purchased the premium package because I wanted her to have the best looking flowers possible. I also purchased the before 12 extra. The flowers did not arrive to her until 2:00 Pm I called and they refunded my cost of course but then she showed me a picture of the flowers and they could not look worse. It was pathetic looking flowers with dead roses. DEAD ROSES. There were 4 roses and 4 daisies which if you look at the premium package they are supposed to be loaded with flowers and look lush and full. I called and informed customer service that they delivered the wrong size flowers to my friend. They gave me half of my money back (WITH A HUGE FIGHT ON MY PART) and promised that they would deliver more flowers to her tomorrow. They took down the new address because my friend was not working tomorrow and PROMISED THEY WOULD BE THERE. THEY THEN GO TO HER JOB AND TAKE THE FLOWERS FROM HER WHILE SHE WAS WITH A PATIENT!!! SHE WAS MORTIFIED!!!!THEY LITERALLY TOOK THE FLOWERS FROM HER AND DID NOT TELL ME THEY WERE DOING THAT SO I COULD INFORM HER SO SHE WOULDN'T BE HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF HER COWORKERS!!! ANYWAYS....4pm rolls around THE NEXT DAY AND the flowers are still nowhere to be found. I call and they say they don't know when the flowers will be delivered but they wont be delivered today!!! They then transfer me over to a supervisor who doesn't have the slightest idea how to be a supervisor and she says she will try to have them sent tomorrow. TERRRIBLE I PAID ALL THAT MONEY AND STILL NO FLOWERS. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED I AM SOO CLOSE TO CALLING MY BACK AND REPORTING THEM FOR FRAUD!!!

This is the worst florist/flower delivery service I have ever used. Their processing fees were outrageous to begin with, but I paid even more due to their same-day guarantee. (Mind you, I didn't even want same-day, just next day by noon.) After multiple live chat attempts to keep them on target for a noon delivery, because the recipient was leaving work at 1PM, that time came and went. Then they assured me numerous times it would be delivered by 1PM and the last chat message I had, mid-typing, they hung up on me. I then, at around 1:30, get an auto-email stating they cannot make the requested delivery time and to contact them to cancel if I want. When I did contact them, they really did not seem to care. They said I would get a refund, that's it. I lost a ton of time today constantly having to follow up on this and still did not get the delivery. Do not order from them. It's not worth it.

I ordered flowers for a friends birthday. I paid extra to get delivered the next day by noon. when I called at 7:30 pm because the flowers had yet to be delivered. I was told that they would only give me a 20 percent refund. when I asked to speak with a manager. The customer service representative laughed at me and hung up. this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any companies customer service. Good thing I did not look at the reviews before I ordered. Had I looked at the reviews, I would've gone w/ another floral service. I had a very positive experience. Ordered the flowers at 5am and they were delivered by 2pm that same day. They looked exactly like the picture. Worst flower company ever. They didn’t deliver in time even I placed the order a day before and pay extra for delivery and lied to me that they attempted to deliver but nobody was home wich was not true, my mom was home all day. The other time when ordered the recipient got an cheaper than the one that i got, they gave me back part of the money after I complained but they ruined the surprise, for me that was more important then money. Never order from this company, on their website are only good reviews, don’t believe it, I suppose they deleted the bad ones. I have ordered 2 times and got very disappointed. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Submitted an order at 9am, paid the extra for same day delivery, (by 1pm) and ended up canceling the order the next day. Not only could they not get the delivery within the expedited time, but they couldn't even get it there that day. (Found this out only by calling four separate times to find out where it was) The next day, when I called to make sure they would get it there by noon, I was told that they would try to contact the florist again and ask, but yet again, I was left in the dark. Finally when I called to cancel the order, I was called rude, and put on hold for 10 minutes. Do not waste your time with these people, contact a local florist and save yourself the hassle!

There was birthday. I paid extra for delivery before noon. 7.30pm it was still not delivered. Called customer service and they said it was delivered and thus is what it shows on their system. That's not true. Later barely speaking english people called and said they have delivery and they can not find the address which was clearly stated at the order. It's the worst service ever. Ordered 2 dozen Roses with a flower vase. They were supposed to deliver it on Friday but lost the package, so they said they would send it on Monday first thing in the morning. Failed miserably again and then they asked me to call UPS and check. I had to cancel after that. Finally a half dead roses package shows up Tuesday evening. I would highly recommend NOT to use this service as you will be disappointed for sure. Your loved ones deserve better.

The price that is listed online doesn't include the $15 shipping and handling fee that they charge but do not tell you about it until the last page and you have to look for it in order to notice it. I also paid for expedited shipping for it to deliver within 4 hours of order time, it has been 5+ hours and the flowers still have not been delivered and I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company. The person that I did end up talking to hung up on me (not sure if it was an accident or not). I am not impressed with this company and will not order from them again. I am still waiting for my flowers as well.

NOTE - this review is for the online service, FLOWERS FROM YOU -- not the Streamwood florist. This is a very sensitive occasion - sending flowers to her mother and to her sister for remembrance of the birthday of my young cousin who died. This utterly aggravating service promised delivery today, at 2:30 this afternoon, and at 4:00 emailed me that it would be delivered tomorrow. I do not need flowers delivered tomorrow. It is too late to call another service. I ordered on behalf of the whole family, and now must confess to all that the flowers were not delivered. To add insult to injury, it took about a half hour on the phone to get a refund promised via email. BTW, my original $60 purchase became $100, on checkout -- what with miscellaneous added fees -- including same day delivery. NEVER AGAIN. SCAM.

The flowers I ordered were not the ones they delivered. I ordered “peace and serenity” or something like that. It was a beautiful arrangement of mostly white, peaceful flowers and some light pink roses. My sister sent me a picture and it was a whole bunch of GREEN and like one pink flower. Throw a handful of grass in the air and that's a significantly more effective way of sending flowers than using these guys. I don't think there is any other business on earth that is less competent than this one. They didn't only fail at delivering the order on time, they failed delivering it two days in a row. Very disappointed with the Poinsettia that was delivered. The delivery person left it by the mailbox at the end of the driveway!!! The plant was nowhere near what the picture showed.. It was such a small plant. I paid almost $60.00 for it. They have just lost a customer.

I contacted customer support, they apologized said they'd take the next day delivery fee off plus 20% for the inconvenience if I'd agree to have them delivered the next day...Reluctantly I agreed...I wanted my baby girl (she turned 19) to have her flowers. The next day, nothing, until I complained again, then amazingly I got an email saying they were delivered, BUT THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED! Now I was angry and contacted them again saying I feel like they literally stole from me...She said once the unnamed florist confirms the non delivery I'd get a refund.... No refund yet... CROOKS!

Where do I begin? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I typically don't like to leave reviews but for this particular situation I had to. Before ordering flowers I should have read the reviews and realized that this place doesn't follow through with what they claim to do I had order flowers, a bear, and chocolate for my mom for her birthday a week in advance. I spent $100 on the flowers and knew she would love them. I was excited that the flowers would be sent to her job and they would deliver before 5pm on Monday. Leading up to the day I made sure that my mom would be working the day off so that the flowers would be delivered and she would receive the flowers at her job. Now Monday comes around and I call FromYourFlowers to get an update on when the flowers would be delivered. I called 3 separate times and each time they told me the flowers would deliver before 5pm without fail. Long and behold, the flowers never delivered and they had no idea on why the flowers never arrived. I called once last time and the told me that the florist who were supposed to deliver the flowers had closed and that there is nothing they could do at this point and time. I am extremely frustrated and would NEVER buy anything from this place again. It ruined my surprise for my mom and I still never received a valid answer on what happened to the flowers that I had ordered a week in advance. An extremely frustrating experience and turned a moment that was supposed to be exciting and grateful into a very sour experience.

My story is much like Jan's below. I ordered a premium bouquet, 4 days before I needed it so no rush. At 6pm the day of delivery they mark it delivered so I call the person I had waiting ALL day to get them, nope nothing here. Call Flowers and they say they see it as delivered, thanks dummy. They call florist but it is now 6:15 so florist is closed. THANKS for waiting until the last minute to pretend deliver them, obviously florist knows how to play the system. Long story short after 3 calls and more than 1 hour of time we got to the point where I wanted them cancelled. They kept asking me "florist is closed what do you want me to do", my response was the same over and OVER again "I want what you sent me what was in your confirmation email; those flowers, on that day, at that location!" The worst part is they show up later that night, surprise already done so they were not needed and they were MINIATURE, keep in mind this was a "premium" upgraded order for almost $75. See pictures, the flowers about the size of a coke can. Look from the top it is over 60% of just filler. Maybe 4-5 real flowers in the tiny grouping. Quick update; all their reviews are horrible except on their website. When I tried to write a review sharing my experience it was not posted/ignored. AmEx will handle it from here, never again and I hope this stops many people from making the same mistake.....

I ordered flowers for Valentine's, paid extra for delivery on the busy day. Spent over $100 for the premium bouquet. They called her before delivery (so much for a surprise) and told her they wouldn't deliver to her address because it was an apartment building and they would have to be buzzed in. She agreed to wait for the flowers at the hair salon next to the building. They told her they be there before 4. She waited until 5 ... They never showed up. What kind of florist does that?!? At least she was able to get squeezed in for a manicure while she waited... But really!! And of course, calling customer service just leads to ridiculous wait times. I'm contesting the charge with my credit card company.
