My husband is in tinley park for a 2 week training class, we’re from Texas. Our anniversary is this weekend so I wanted to send him a little something. The sweet owner went out of her way to fix him up an awesome snack gift basket. She was so sweet and helpful, I highly recommend using her! My husband was so excited for all of the goodies she packed in there for him, he was in heaven! You won’t regret using her, trust me! Us texans are semi picky.

Jo Ann is very creative and has a vast knowledge of the floral industry. This husband and wife team have been in the floral industry for over 63 years combined. It's nice to know when sending orders to Classy's that you will get what you order, and they will accommodate all budgets. Flowers are fresh and long lasting. Jo Ann's personality is great, friendly and always professional. They also have a newsletter that keeps customers up-to-date on holidays, activities and provides interesting and useful community information to which they are both very active in Tinley Park. You definitely wont be disappointed.

Every time I have ordered flowers from Classy flowers they have always been Beautiful !! The owners are kind and very helpful. My daughter recently ordered her Prom flowers and of course they were gorgeous! My daughter ordered a headpiece online early April and unfortunately it still hasn't arrived for her Prom ,(of course it came in the mail the day after Prom), I asked if I could purchase some baby's breath to put in her hair. The owner graciously gave me some baby's breath free of charge.

This is a story that needs to be shared! My dear friend lost her dad and I was given the number to Classy Flowers. Dennis, the husband of JoAnn, answered the phone and told me his wife would take care of me. I immediately knew I had contacted the right place. The friendliness and capability in both of their voices told me I called the very best florist. I then told JoAnn that I wanted something different to send to the funeral home instead of a typical standing arrangement. I mentioned that my friend’s dad was known as “Mr. Fix It", and wondered what she would suggest. What happened next can only be described as a mission to make me happy by providing something I would love to send. She talked about adding a tool box with small tools to an arrangement. Then she also suggesting attaching a "Mr. Fix It “ card to the tool box! She assured me she would take care of everything and I would be very pleased. I knew she would deliver. The next morning at the funeral, the family greeted me, and the first thing they said was the arrangement JoAnn created was extraordinary and touching beyond words. It perfectly captured how they felt about their dad and grandpa. The next person I spoke to at the service asked if I was the one who sent the incredible “Mr. Fix It" piece from our group of friends. Apparently, the evening before at the visitation, the arrangement was the talk of the evening as people admired the many beautiful flowers sent to the funeral home. Not only was our piece unique, but also had the most stunning fresh flowers and extra touch of the sign, which JoAnn promised to include. This family now has a precious keepsake of their loved one. I will forever remember the compassion, skills and kindness of strangers who came up with a gift for a family I adore. Classy Flowers is exceptional in customer service, skills and quality. I only wish I lived in the neighborhood, and could use them more often and visit their shop. What an amazing experience!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! I found them online because I live out of state andJoAnn spoke to me on the phone for about 15 minutes about my order and what I was trying to do. She really made my first time sending flowers a breeze and she even made an amazing arrangement for my Best Friends Birthday. I didn't know what to pick and she said she could come up with something and WOW! She was right! I am aware this time of year is probably hell for florists. There is prom, mother's day, as well as weddings going on. I am also aware that trying to buy prom flowers the day of prom is kind of a dick move on my part. None of this excuses the treatment I got buying flowers here yesterday. I was first told that they would not make my flowers due to the amount of orders they had, which is of itself understandable. I asked if I could pick out some individual flowers to make a suedo bouquette. The only helpful employee at the store was the lady working the counter. She got my flowers for me but did not know the price of each flower and had to difer to the workers in the back of the shop. At this point my girlfriend's hair appointment was done and she needed to be picked up. Never the less I had to wait another ten minutes for them to hand me a poorly wrapped 5 carnations and 1 hydrangia. One woman emphatically spoke to the woman assisting me about how my flowers were "a terrible choice". Bitter words you dont expect from someone whos profession includes playing with plants. I guess hydrangias dont last well out of water, which doesnt matter much since they were just for pictures. The woman at the counter though she was kind, and clearly also upset at how dramatic her co-workers were being needed time to figure out what my order with tax would total out to. I rounded up and told her to keep the change. I gritted my teeth and asked if I could please have my flowers now. The man who acted like he owned the place then walked forward with my flowers and some garnish, and lazily wrapped them in tissue paper. He started laughing at me asking "Did you just decide to go to prom today?". Sassy prick. "No" I replied. "Oh, so you just forgot the flowers then?". I didn't forget, but I also didn't want to buy flowers from the super market. I thought that was what a florist was for. I've heard flowers grow better when spoken to kindly. By that logic I am surprised every flower im their shop was not wilted and dry from how aggressively they treated me as a customer.

Probably the best experience I've ever had dealing with an out of town florist (and I'm 65 years old). They were extremely helpful & friendly! They even sent me a pic of the flower arrangement before it was delivered. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other florists I had bought from before in the area. I would highly recommend Classy Flowers to everyone!!!

The owners, Dennis and Joanne, are a great team. They are experienced designers, very understanding, and extremely accommodating. The special gold details that were added to the orchid corsage and boutonniere for our 50th Anniversary were absolutely stunning (our photos are gorgeous) and the guests were so thrilled to take the exquisite white and gold table centerpieces home with them after the celebration. Several contacted us a week later and said the white roses and hydrangeas in their arrangements still looked magnificent. Dennis and Joanne's customer service, attention to detail, respectable pricing, and set up at Silver Lake was very impressive. This is now our florist for all special occasions.
