Man oh man, let me TRY to keep this brief. I never liked flowers but this florist has made me a fan. The young lady that helped me was so helpful and made my experience so easy. I told her the colors i wanted and size but explained that i didn't know what flowers or anything. She said she would build me a bouquet and assured me that it will be nice. Well she lied, it wasn't just nice, it was amazing. I seriously thought of keeping the flowers for me instead of giving them to my girlfriend. My father liked mine so much he went to get my mom a bouquet and you know what? They made him one just as great. Dont waste your time with other places cause the staff, service and flowers here are top notch.

Absolutely stellar service. I had ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my sister for her birthday the morning of, at her home. We had a change in plans and were going to a local restaurant for breakfast; one quick phone call, and Chapel Hill cheerfully rerouted the delivery to the restaurant. I had a wonderful experience here! I ordered flowers for my dad’s retirement from Chapill Hill. They were SO sweet and thoughtful, asking about things he likes or items she could incorporate. She even mentioned stopping at hobby lobby for me to pick up some extras!! She really went above and beyond. And the flowers turned out amazing!!!!

Husband surprised me with beautiful flowers for Mother’s Day. Downside they died pretty quickly.. I know a lot about flowers my grandparents are floweriest, so I’m familiar on how to keep them fresh and lasting longer.. I was pretty disappointed on the price my husband paid... I've been buying flowers from Chapel Hill for years. Let's say they're the best florist EVER!!! The quality of the flowers are amazing, the arrangements are absolutely gorgeous, and the owner is so sweet and nice!!! Last month they helped me with some arrangements for my moms memorial service... Let's just say that I didn't feel like any other customer. They were so loving and understanding. Highly recommend to everyone. They're the best!

This company treated my boyfriend's mother like absolute trash when she received her arrangement. They gave it to a neighbor because she was not home. Then they were rude when she asked where it was and asked for them to return it to her in good condition. They complained and the delivery driver gave her lip and had no problem telling her off because he had to drive too many times.if you're expecting your money to go towards customer service and happy experiences, go somewhere else.
