Great customer service!! I ordered flowers online from St Louis for a friend who was having surgery in Chicago. Because the order was online, with most florists I would never know what flowers actually got delivered. Not so with Ashland Addison. They sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered. But they called to make sure the recipient was home and when he didn't come down to pick it up from the doorman I asked them to call a second time which they did immediately for me . Only just received an interesting terrarium from them and love it. And then they called to follow up to make sure I received the delivery as it was left in the lobby. On first call out, seem to have beautiful and interesting arrangements and service is wonderful. And costs much better than some of those big name - over priced floral shops.

Worst service ever. I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday to be delivered. After 2 deliveries that they said no one was there to receive them and they left a note on the door...... they admitted that they attempted to deliver to the wrong address. So I had to be 3 states away knowing my daughter received no gift from me on her birthday. Then the following day I had to call again to see where the flowers were ? Finally they were delivered and they were some of the ugliest flowers I’ve ever seen in my life. I am truly embarrassed to have even sent these. I would never use this place again. Very very disappointed
